Hi Everyone,

i was sceptical as ever about this diet as the man (yes man) who told me about it told me he had lost 1 stone 3 lbs in a week !!!! unbelievable i know ! Well anyway i did it, it wasnt easy, but if you can manage to stick to it
, it really does work, i lost 8lbs in a week and felt fantastic. So its ideal if you need a quick fix. Its sensible food, nothing faddy and easy to follow, If anyone wants a copy just send me your email address and ill forward you a copy, apparently its to do with the chemicals in the foods that you are eating that break down the fat in your body....................you have to like fruit as that is the main thing for lunch everyday.

Hi Guys,

Here is the chemical diet.
I started this diet on Monday, hope you can follow it. Am currently down about 7lbs. You should lose 14lbs in the week, obviously when you start eating properly again, some will go back on. But you should be able to keep at least 7lbs off........


DAY 1
Breakfast
1 slice dried toast
I grilled tomoato

Lunch
Fresh fruit – any amount

Dinner
2 hard boiled eggs
Salad
Grapefruit

DAY 2
Breakfast
Grapefruit
I boiled egg

Lunch
Grilled Chicken
Tomoates, Toast

Dinner
Grilled Steak, Salad

Day 3
Breakfast
As day 2

Lunch
Fresh Fruit

Dinner
2 Grilled Lamp Chops
Salad, Grapefruit

Day 4
Breakfast
1 slice dried toast

Lunch
Fresh Fruit

Dinner
As day 1

Day 5
Breakfast
As day 4

Lunch
Fresh Fruit

Dinner
Fresh Fish, Salad

Day 6
Breakfast
1 glass grapefruit juice

Lunch
Fresh Fruit

Dinner
Grilled Chicken, carrots, grapefruit

Day 7
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs, grilled tomoates

Lunch
2 poached eggs

Dinner

Grilled Steak


RULES
No alcoholic drinks
No milk, butter, oil, fats
No eating between meals
Salad – Lettuce, Celery, Cucumber, tomoates
Drinks – black coffee, tea, lemon, grapefruit juice without sugar or additives, tonic or soda water, and tap water, any amount of these
Guaranteed to lose one stone in one week
Only diet for one week
Abstain from all not included in diet, eat what is show or do without. No substitutes allowed, the basis of the diet is chemical, not the quantities you eat.

Thats the one.............obviously the more you have to loose the more you will loose over the week, but you should easy drop 7lbs even if you are only slightly overweight........hope it works for you all ! x

no, its not alot of food and i will tell you that the first few days are hell!! you will be hungry but my advice is to do it when you are busy and youv not got time to think about being hungry, the results are definately worth a week of torture!! x

I'm finding this diet very easy, i had a small hunger pang yesterday, but nothing major. Its not that difficult atall, plus the results make it all that sweeter....!!

thats good, it was the days when it was just 2 eggs and salad for tea that killed me as i dont like tomatoes or cucumber so basically it was 2 harboiled eggs and lettuce...............i was starving! it was woth it though, infact i migt even get back on it this weekend, youv inspired me! x

Not too keen on tomatoes myself - LOVE cucumber. But i got small cherry tomoates, and they're sweeter and more bearable!

I'm only doing it till Friday, so i'll let ye know after 5 days how much i'm down......!

I'm doing this to kick start myself, and get my ass motivated and down to the gym to keep it off.......!!
