How can I support my friend?

Ladies I hope you don't mind me posting here but I'd love some advice on how to help and support my friend through her TTC journey. Herself and her DH have been TTC for a number of years, with assistance for over 2. They have had 1 failed and 1 abandoned IuI and 2 failed cycles of ICSi and a fet. She's due another fet in a few weeks but is already convinced it won't work.

We talk a lot, I try to be there for her as much as i can. It's never been a cry on my shoulder type of relationship but she knows she can talk talk and talk about everything with me. Very little other people k ow, including her immediate family.

I would just love to be able to pick her up before this next treatment but I don't know how or even if I should try. I guess she needs to protect her heart at the moment but she's having a hard time believing things will ever work out for them.

I wonder has anyone on this horrible journey had some lovely things done for them or given to them that thu really appreciated or felt it lifted them even for a little while. I HATE coming out with the same old platitudes and I'm sure she hates it just as much.

Your a very thoughtful friend. m sure she really apreciates your support
I know it sounds cliche but I think just been there and been able to talk to you
Even just someone to go for lunch and walks with to take your mind off things or even going for a few treatments in a spa together. :lvs :lvs

Only today a friend took me out to lunch and it was much appreciated, as 2010mrs said, your friend probably appreciates you being there and to know she can talk. I'm not sure if your friend uses relaxation CD's but if she doesn't, maybe you could get her a Zita West one (or similar, they have a different one on Amazon) and it might help her positivity :lvs :lvs :lvs
