Supplements that improved sperm morphology?

Hi girls,
Im posting this in TTC/TTC with assistance as hoping someone has advice. My OH has a known varicocele which can affect SA and his first sample showed 96% poor morphology. The good news is that all other parameters were above normal. The clinic advised "diet and lifestyle" which we are already pretty good at but he has cut back his beloved caffeine and pints.

He is currently on Well man conception, 1g Vit C+15mg zinc, Selenium 150mcg and 2g of flax seed oil.
Have any of you seen improvement in your OH morphology with either a ) Maca b) coQ 10 or c) Pygenol??


Any experiences would be great to hear about
