Hen Party Ideas?

Hi,

My sister is getting married this september and she wants a different sort of fun activity hen party. Proberly not spend the night away. Just do something during the day with dinner in the evening. Hoping somewhere in the west such as Mayo, Sligo, Limrick. Based in Galway county so nothing too far away. Any suggestions?
