Churches in Kenmare

Hi
We have provisionally booked the reception in Kenmare, Kerry but neither of us are from around there. Has anyone booked a church there?
If so, which church and are you bringing your own priest?
Any advice appreciated!

Hi,

We are not from Kerry either but getting married in kenmare, try Dawros and Bonane church. They are both really pretty. The numbers are on the web of the priests. The only problem is we can't find a priest to marry us... 4 months to go and no priest can you believe it. Not stressing because I don't think they will let us turn up at the alter with no priest =-). There is so much hassle attached to getting married in a church you would think priests would be a little more helpful.. I mean they can't all be busy for that 40 mins.Anyway I would recommend you getting onto the kerry diocese website and all the numbers , info etc are on there.
