Irish goat’s cheese and wild mushroom terrine

Hi:) I have for you amazing recipe. Its Irish goat’s cheese and wild mushroom terrine.
The preparation takes 10 minutes. After that you have to leave it for a night. It's very easy to prepare and everybody will love it.

Hi, i like pasta with pesto. You can make pesto on your own. It's simple.
Or you can make something like this Pasta with Ham, Peas and Cream.

Chocolate Biscuit Cake 275g / 10oz Unsalted Butter
150ml / 1/4 pt Golden Syrup
225g / 8oz Good Quality Chocolate – ½ dark ½ milk
400g Packet of Rich Tea Biscuits (roughly crushed)
125g/4oz Shamrock Nuts (walnuts, brazils, almonds) optional
125g / 4oz Shamrock Fruit (sultanas, apricots, cherries) optional
1 Packet of Maltesers
1 Packet of Marshmallows

Method:
1. Line a 15cms/6" round cake tin or a 2lb loaf tin with a double layer of greaseproof paper.
2. Melt the butter, syrup and chocolate in a pan over a low heat. Stir to make sure all the ingredients are well mixed together.
3. Add the biscuits, maltesers, marshmallows and fruit and nuts (if used). Stir well.
4. Transfer to prepared tin. Level it on top and press down well to avoid "air gaps". Allow to get cold and hard. Wrap completely in greaseproof paper and store in a fridge.


This is nearly the same as the Odlums receipt in fact it is it just changed a little as i found it very salty!!!!!

Made this 2 days ago and i love it, brought it into work here and every1 loved it so had to share :-8

My friend`s wedding surprised all guests with a Homemade Cake Recipe , try it!

White Almond Sour Cream Wedding Cake

Ingredients
2 (18 ounce) boxes white cake mix ( Betty Crocker or Pillsbury)
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 2/3 cups water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons real vanilla
2 teaspoons almond extract
2 cups sour cream
8 large egg whites

Directions
Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir together with a wire whisk.
Add the remaining ingredients and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured cake pans, filling each pan a little over half full.
Lightly tap cake pans on counter to bring air bubbles to top.
Bake in preheated 325° F oven until cake tests done.
Baking time varies according to the size and depth of pans being used.
I used Wilton's Bake Even Strips on my cake pans to ensure a level-topped cake which required absolutely no trimming-- I highly recommend these, or good quality professional baking pans.
In 2" deep pans, this recipe makes:
One 14" round and one 6" round
or One 16" round
or One 12" round and one 10" round
