Well, this morning my scales showed no change at all. Disappointing but I guess after losing 4lbs in 2 days I had to expect it to slow down at some point. Hopefully we'll see more movement tomorrow.

Good luck today ladies.

Hopefully in more ways than one for me and yo momma!!!

Hi girls

yomammaso - pain to see the scales go up. While I'm sure the exercise will help, the book said not to worry about exercise during the attack phase - to just let your body adjust. It should work without. I did notice something in your food diaries though - rashers. You know that pork is not allowed?? Maybe that could be a reason it's not working....... just a thought.....

nini - I found yesterday (day 4) really difficult too - but also stuck to it.
Here's what I had:

Brekkie : scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and a cuppa
Lunch : Slices of roast beef and pieces of shredded chicken breast in cajun spices
Snack : Turkey slices
Dinner : Steak in a bbq seasoning with poached eggs and a muller light with oat bran
1.5 litres of water.

The good news is, after no drop yesterday, I was down another 2 lbs today. That's 6lbs now in total.

Good luck today :)

Welcome home errigal and congrats!!

haven't been online the past couple of days because I'm currently doing Teaching Practice for college and things are MANIC.

I haven't stopped though - in fact have been following it to the letter. After 6 days of attack, yesterday was my first PV day.
I'm not finding it massively difficult in general but its boring as hell and I'm totallly craving chocolate.

Down 7.5 lbs so far.

I'll keep ye updated but I'll be up the walls for the next few weeks so might not be on a daily basis....keep trucking ladies :hyper:
