I'm flying it this week. Have been sooooooooooo good. Am watching everything I'm eating, lots of puerh tea and over 2l of water every day. I'm due AF next week and I'm feeling it in my clothes. Damn her! I will be so pissed off if I'm not down on the scales next week.

hey how's everyone have had a busy month. But all is going great. Started the operation transformation this is my 3rd week into it and I'm down another 12lbs. I really recommend it. The food plan is brilliant and I don't feel too hungry. I've seriously cut out the snacks. And best of all I realised tonight that in 5 more lbs I'm half way to losing a hundred pounds. This seemed impossibel when I wrote this thread first. But little by little its getting easier. Hope you're all doing well x

I have been useless lately. Going to start again on Monday. I have a lot to lose and am only making it harder and harder for myself the longer I wait to lose it.

yes it can be so difficult to motivate yourself to lose weight, but when you do it. it will be truly worth it, you will feel so much better about yourself, hope you do not mind me posting u this message, all the best and put your mind to it and u will achieve your dream, regards linda

Hi everyone, hope you dont mind if I join!!!! I weighed myself this morning and am mortified at how much weight I have put up!!! WEll i have a dress to fit into and I need help!!!!! Starting today and I ashamed to say how much i weighed in at but today is day 1!!! So i need all the help and advice ye can give!!! I'm gona post each week and hopefull will have a weightloss to report!! have about 7 stone to loose!!!!! :( but that is my overall goal!! Right now I want to loose 2 stone by the 13th of April!!!!

Lost 2 pounds this week! Am happy with that! Am back counting my pro points and doing ww again! And a 2 pound loss is good have AF and i always weigh so much heavier during this time of the month! going back to the gym this week for this first time since my ankle injpaury! Wish me luck! Hope you don't mind but I thought I'd join you on here! My wedding isn't until June of next year so I'm hoping to go dress shopping by November. I want to lose *gulp* 4 stone before then so hoping that popping in here will keep me on the straight and narrow. Gonna try a low GI approach as it has worked for me in the past, a sample day will be: Breakfast: Porridge made with skimmed milk Lunch: Chilli chicken stir fry with lots of veg (no rice) Apple Evening: 4 Oatcakes with cream cheese with bowl vegetable soup or Scrambled egg on brown toast Snacks: Natural greek yoghurt Today was my first day on it and I feel great, had a stressful day at work and did not want to comfort eat when I got home which was a plus ![]() ![]() Re: anyone with alot to lose want to buddy up

I started about 4 weeks ago and have 12lb lost so far. I want to/need to lost 60lb in total which will bring me to 13 and a half stone so going by charts/BMI etc I prob need to lose even more but I am tall and a big build so would be more than happy (ecstatic) at 13.5 stone if I could get there and maintain it. I have set mini targets for myself, the first one being to lose 1.5 stone by Mid April for my DD's birthday so I am about 60% of the way there. Feels like I have such a long way to go but I am giving myself the full year to get to my ultimate target. Well done on all the fantastic weight loss so far.
