Weekly Weigh-in for all Watchers of Weight

Re: Weekly Weigh-in for all Watchers of Weight

Never made class this week, won't make it next week either. I have decided to do the Tony Ferguson plan for the next 2 weeks to give me something really strict to try and stick to. I also have a hen party planned this weekend so I am hoping the plan will get me back on track to make up for going off the rails at the weekend.
If it has tyres or testicles it will give you trouble.

well done underconstruction, that must be some feeling!!! I had a bad week. Was away with work for a few days and did no tracking at all....dreading my weighin tonight. If I stay the same, I'll be happy!

Awww thanks ladies :lvs

I was up 1lb today -but i did have a bit of a celebration weekend for reaching my goal, so im grand with it

Im on my 2nd week of maintenance now so just going to stick with the 29 points a day and hopefully i will be down the 1lb next week.

Plus im starting bootcamp tonight - oh this should be so funny, the last time i think i done exercise was PE in school and at that i used to "forget" my gear all the time :o0 , i am so unfit but hopefully this will get me toned (if it doesn't kill me that is)

Can I join in???

Went to my local class on wednesday and joined up! I did weight watchers couple of years ago, so the pro points are new to me, I am finding it a little tricky. Last time I had a little cardboard calculator in my pack, but there wasn't one in my new pack, should there be one?? I couldn't stay for my class because I had hospital appointment, but will def stay next week.

I went to fat class last night and I was down a pound, not bad considering it was Paddy's weekend.

Does anybody know if you are doing a filling and healthy day do you need to point ww frozen meals if you include them in your food for the day?

Hi girls, hope it's ok I join this thread!! Back to WW there at lunch time, up 3lbs since October, was actually relieved. Just need to get back on track and finally get to that elusive 'goal' weight!! Going to go dress shopping in June/July (wedding next March) so want most of it shifted by then! Any tips greatly received :)

Well hello ladies, I've just discovered this thread. Had been using boards.ie but now my favourite two forums are combined,

Firstly, OH My God, well done Underconstruction, that is an amazing loss and an amazing achievement. :o)ll

I've been doing it since before Christmas and have lost 10ibs.
Was 4,5 from goal before my Paddy's blowout and then went up 2.5ibs last week.
I was disgusted with myself!
So, now I'm a half a stone from goal.
Can't make my usual class this Thursday so going a day earlier tomorrow. Hope even down 0.5 to spur me on for next week then.

Septbride12 - I get bored of the stirfrys too. I have a few recipes:

1. Burgers & Wedges: Burger bun (small) 4, 60g mince 4(mixed with onion, tiny bit of bread, balsamic vinegar, worchester sauce & ketchup), 250g pots 5 (cut up into wedges with sprinkling of cajun - no oil) - total 13.

2. Risotto - 65g risotto rice 6, qtr tiny white wine btl 1, chicken stock 1, bacon 1 (extra lean), onoin, 75g peas 2, 30g light philadelphia 1 - total 13.

3. Fahitas - chicken breast 4, couple of spoons of salsa 1, tesco healthy living wraps (2) 7, sprinkling of herbs, tsb oil 1 - total 13

Hope these help!
