Motivation clinics.

Ok I'm seriously thinking of motivation. I know it's expensive (my mum has offered to help me out) but my main worry is What do they do to earn this money is it just counselling? I love an insite from someone who has done it.

Also how long before you started seeing a weight loss.

I started it in 2008! It is expensive, I had t pay a registration fee, then I think 500 and odd euro for the 24 week course! Then what they don't tell u untill u sign d form is that u must buy their protein bars each week at 30e for two packs!! They also push books and hypno CDs on u!
U to weekly and they look through your food diary! I started loosing weight straight away! Lost 2stone and have kept it off! It depend on your frame of mind and you have to really be ready and want t knock off the weight as two girls I know ddnt commit properly and ddnt loose anything!
I do recommend it but be ready for hidden costs! I get the exact same protein from Nashuanutriton.com

The supplements are protein. So I have protein porridge in d morn that is soya based but not considered a carb! Also has a protein bar occasionally!
It's about restricting amount of carbs u eat and maximizing protein. Also cut down on amount of red meat!
I'm still trying my best to implement the principles and has defo helped keep the 2stone away!

Ok. I do that anyway. Would eat very little carbs so it shouldn't be too hard.

No I didn't do anything about it jane smith. I started doing well in ww so said if stick with it. I've also signed up for a 12 day fitness thingy that seems to get good results.

I'm just very wary on program's that push supplements as that's just not daily life. If things didn't start moving I would still consider it though.
