So just wondering of anyone has tried these? I bought a box, gonna start tomorrow. I'm looking to shift another stone before the wedding. Have 8 weeks to do it. Down 3 stone already but struggling to shift the last stone. Feeling unmotivated lately.

i tried it. its great for keeping hunger at bay. have you tried a weights class like kettle bells. great for toning up back and arms. Keep going!! dont give up

thanks Annie, I'm on day two and I've noticed I feel full all the time! Woke up this morning feeling almost sick. Hopefully it works. I can't really do weights, long story... Been doing a lot of walking and zumba. I'd be delighted if I could get another stone off before the wedding.

Hi I started the 24 hour ones on Friday defo curb appetite it's mad ESP find in evening I'm not runnin for biscuit tin!! But felt sick feelin one night n one mornin tryin to go walkin too also did zumba last week loved it !!! :o)ll

Hi,

I've kinda given up on them. They are great for keeping hunger at bay but I was actually feeling sick and felt everything I did eat was not agreeing with me. The evening ones are great for keeping you away from the biscuits but I found I wasn't in the mood for breakfast even!

I might try them again though to finish the pack. I lost 3 lbs the first week when I was talking them everyday.

Thanks excited lady.. I started them yesterday and I am hoping that they just might get me started.. 10 weeks and I have 14lbs gone but I seem to be totally stagnant and then weighed in at 2lbs up!!! just very frustrated so if I could lose a few more lbs it might reignite my buzz.. :)
