Weekly Weigh-in for all Watchers of Weight

Re: Weekly Weigh-in for all Watchers of Weight

Postby under construction » Fri Mar 30, 2022 11:27 am

Down another 1lb this week - the amount of people in the last few weeks that have commented and told me that "im fading away" - eh over reaction there !!

Im happy with my weight now - 9st 13lbs and i am no where near skinny im a size 12 but just want to tone up so im hoping bootcamp will do this. I have been going 4 weeks now (only doing one class a week at the moment) but im loving it and can already notice toning. I think im just going to have to play around with my points until i figure out how to maintain and not lose more. Im eating 29 points a day at the minute and all of my 49 weeklies but dont know how to count my activity points so don't touch them.

Well done on the losses ladies keep up the fabulous work

Would love to join in if thats ok, started weight watchers 3 weeks ago down 6plds, alot to go have dont it all before but have a different attitude this time. If its only 1pld a week that is ok, i think if i loose it slower it will be easier to maintain it. When i lost weight in the past I cut out everything lost the weight but had no life. Its ok to have a bad day just pick it up again the next day. Well done to everyone loosing weight stick to it. :)

Hey timetochange - this thread doesn't seem to get much traffic but I get quite bored in work so here I am!! 6lbs is in the right direction, as you say, the slower you lose it, the easier it is to maintain :)

I've joined this thread too! - anything to keep the motivation going!!

Wow Loz83 - that's an amazing weight loss!! I'm at a total of about 28lbs in the last three years but that's unbelievable, you mustn't know yourself! I'm down 3 lbs technically this time but I had exam today and way too hard the last few days to be good - back on the wagon tomorrow!

How are you doing now?

Buttmunchic - you're around the same as me - not too much to go but difficult to get rid of the last of it!! Back to the gym for me tomorrow me thinks!

Stupidname, yeah I find the last bit the hardest to lost cos it's all on my stomach. Want to be able to relax on my honeymoon and not having to worry about sucking it in all the time! How long is it until your wedding?

I've just found this site and am delighted!!! I have everything done for my wedding apart from weight loss and toning and I need serious help and motivation tips!

I'm 72 kg today and want to loose 12kg over the next 4 months. I'm awful cos I love food and am so tired after work that I'm not exercising as much now as I used to. I REALLY need to tone my arms too.

Have you come across any good tips?

For the weight loss I've signed upto my fitness pal, try not to eat after 8 and have just started Pilates (I can't move today after only 1 class so hopefully hats a sign it's working) I've also banned myself from going into the local centra for anything (Oh not too happy with this one cos he has to do all the messages now :hyper:
