hi all
i used to be part of this thread back around page 40 -50
thought i had it sorted but here i am again, back to absolute square one!!!
or even worse, i dont seem to have the motivation to keep at it for more than a day at a time
i know that this program really works if you keep at it, i just seem to reach a point for not lookin too bad and then slide back to "too big" again
so here i am, tail between my legs, lookin for a bit of support.
gonna do up a menu for the week now and do my first weigh in tomorrow morning, so please god this will be my big push!!!!

Meet your sister Sally Cinnamon, im back again started up again on monday.
Havent headed back to slimming world though just doing it alone til i get signed up again next week.

This time around i feel really big and it will take forever to lose , think its because i have af at the moment and i always put on nearly half a stone with that.

Im on day three which is always the day that if i make it past this i know i will stick at it for a good while.

I have bought mugshots arent they zero sins??What about the cupshotz from Aldi are they zero sins too???

Hope everyones weigh ins are going well. i have a wedding in 6 weeks so thats my target to be a skinny minnie.

My Slimming World consultant put up a pic of her breakfast - poached eggs & 1 slice of bread and a big bowl of fruit... I have the poached eggs alright but not the fruit O:|

Then she put up a ohoto of her dinner. Steak with mushrooms, stredded peppers and onions and slimming world chips. The amount of peppers, onions and mushrooms on the plate was unreal, I guess its the 1/3 superfree - I think thats where I am going wrong, I'm not eating 1/3 superfree (or any superfree!) with every meal

Im finding the one third thing difficult too. Some mornings I have fruit and yoghurt for my breakfast which is fine but others Id have scrambled egg and wholemeal toast so no superfree. Id bring fruit to snack on in work so one piece around 11 and then something around half 3. I thought beans were superfree and thought I was great as Id have them on baked potato at lunch time or with chicken and chips or SW burger and chips but they arent. :duh: I really need to read the book again.

Know what you mean Annie, For breakfast i usually have a bowl of fruit and yoghurt so its ok, but lunch is always a nightmare. I usually have 2sl wheaten bread with Ham and laughing cow light/extra light. So have free, healthy B and syns. Nearly every day this is.

Today i backwards it and had the bread and cheese for breakfast and a salad for lunch. But i just am gone off salad!

i think 2 out of 3 meals with 1/3 super-free is ok*.

*yes i know I'm deluding myself, but whatever works!

I actually think, if i stuck to the plan 100% i wouldn't last and would have left it by now. T His way I'm being a lot better then i was even if I'm not being as good as i could be and its coming off, and that's the main thing!

1 lb off this week YAY :o)ll :o)ll

Yes the third superfree is hard to do all the time especially as you can get sick of salad all the time
Stir fries are great coz you can put loads of whatever veg you have/want into it and have it with noodles or rice
Omelettes are another good one You can add onions peppers mushrooms

No the beans are not superfree What a bugger It would be so handy if they were but they are free and are a superspeed food so defo keep eating them It i have an omlette for breakfast or lunch i always have some beans too and try not to have bread

Most of those mugshots/cupshots are free There's one or 2 that have syns but im not sure which ones or how many syns sorry

ME, ME, ME Carjam. - am so with you. The next week is going to be our week. Maintained again this week. O:|

Going to do up a my list of dinners/lunchs for the next week and do my food shop tomorrow evening after i have my dinner so that i don't pick up junk at the shops.

Have also done up my excercise list for the next week and am doing something every day including bringing my runners to work so that i go for a walk durning lunch so i don't pick in the afternoon.

Youghurt and fruit for breakfast, fruit at 10am, small bowl of homemade soup at 11am and tuna and salad at 1pm. The spray balsamic vinegar is handy for my drawer in work and grated carrott bulks up my salad. Going to use my HEB for my 3pm snack by using one of the fibre slimming world bars with a cup of tea.

I am already excited about next weeks WI :o)ll

Well done on all the weight losses :) :)

This week i had apple, orange, kiwi, grapes, blueberries and some mornings banana all chopped up and muller light yougurt on top of them for my breakfast it was so filling and really yummy.

We're addicted to the slimming world chips we sprinkle some cajun mix on top of them with bit salt and black pepper theyre so good :)

Does anyone know how many syns are in the laughing cow light its a real mini mini tub of 16.7g ?

Only down 1/2 a lb this week.

The least I've lost in a week so far. Think it was last week catching up with me and sure the mammy dinner on Sunday didn't help.
She doesn't like diets so everything had cream, butter or cheese and the spuds had all 3!

This week I'm back on track. I only have 2.5 to go to my stone and I set myself a target to have it off by next week. Bringing down my syns to 5 per day instead of the 14-16 i was having!

Had a two finger kitkat last night, but i won't be having anymore until i hit the stone!

Best of luck ladies and well done on the losses!
