Hi I have almost a stone to shift that I have put on since my wedding last July,I do excerise but would like something extra to give me aboost.would be grateful for comments good or bad from anyone who is on or has tried Cla 24/7 and what you think of them.

Ive been using CLA24/7 for two months now and ive lost 1 1/2 stone, but you need to exercise with them, 30mins walking 5 times a week, ive another 1/2 stone to go so hoping the CLA will get me there.
Some pharmacies have loyalty cards and weigh tloss books for CLA24/7 look out for them, its called pharmacy slimming club, if you look up www.cla247.ie i think you will find a club near you, you buy 6 and get one free and you can get advice from the website too.

Good luck, hope it works aswell for you as it is for me.

Hi guys
I've been on these for 2 wks now and have lost bout 4 pounds I've been restricting my calories too n tryin to go walkin n zumba but this mornin I got up n I've a rash all over my arms legs n stomach I wonder is it a reaction to these it's the only thing I've changed!!! I'll let u know how i get on at doc :eek

Hi trans2012 wow well done on weight loss good on you,am in them a week now def not as hungry have limited my calories to about 1000 a day and doing exercise have just weighed myself I haven't lost a pound O:| am so disappointed I was so good all week.
Can I ask you how soon you saw the scales move.
Sexilexi well done also 4lb in 2 weeks I would be so happy with that.
Are you still on them,how did you get on at doc.

OMG, I'm so glad that someone else experienced this! When I started taking CLA, I lost almost one stone in 2/3 weeks but my skin was the worst ever. I couldnt stop itching, my hands, neck, chest and stomach. I thought I had eczema!! I stopped using CLA and after a few weeks, my skin was back to normal.
