It's ok, it's the same dvd and all the different levels are on the dvd. There is 3 altogether.
I've done day 3 and after a long soak in a bath of epsom salts last night my muscles are so much better. It definitely helped.

Ladies there is a really good supportive group on facebook if anyones interested They have photos of each day (numbers) and you post on it after you've done Get to meet/chat to others on the same day Its a closed group so you've to request to join i think but its called 30 day shredders

Hope everyones gettin on alright Day 4/5 should be relatively pain-free for anyoone suffering at the moment just work through it :weep

Carjam you have inspired me, I'm in the process of downloading it, buying weights on Saturday and starting Sunday! Im home from work at 4 most day, I work mon to fri, have no kids so I've no excuses!

Day 5 done! Love the challenge of doing exercise every day for 30 days. I walk 20 to and from work at a fast pace so might try make it a bit longer on the way home too.

Im doing a 12 day intense fitness programme in my gym and don't want to lose what I've worked at so gonna get this DVD to keep me going. My muscles have been sore for 7 days now so hopefully it won't be to be a shock on my body. I also like how it's only 20 mins might do this and then a 20 min walk run Each day. hopefully I'll be joining you all on Mon (programme finishes Friday gonna give myself weekend off then back into action)

Day one done, hopefully I'll b able to stick at! I found it very quick. Off for a walk now with my mom and the dog...i have eaten a lot this past week! I don't want to lose weight but want to tone, everything is a bit loose!

Have you all noticed differences in your bodies.

Just bought my DVD - £4.99 off amazon! Could this be right? So cheap!

Just wondering, I do two classes at gym on a Monday, body combat and a yoga/Pilates class and then body attack on a thurs, should I still do the 30 day shred on these days, don't want give up my classes as I love them

Hi McLisa!

I started it last Tuesday, finished day 6 today and im loving it! I couldn't do it on Saturday so had to push myself extra hard today and yesterday!

I went for an hour walk two days after it and found it ok. I would say you could def do your pilates/ yoga on the same day if you have time. Body attack and the DVD could b very tough on your body. I would take a break from the DVD that day. Remember you are committing to 30 days exercise straight do you don't want to burn yourself out week one!

Day 1 done, didn't know there was a topic here!

Did a 5k walk before I did it so that my legs wouldn't kill. Not killing yet anyway!
Last time I did it I was walking like John Wayne and gave up on Day 3. Not this time, Jillian ;-)

Big fan of 30day shred here. Just wanted to say that I also tried her other DVD "ripped in 30". It's also very good, exercises are bit more varied. Don't be afraid of level 4. It's the one I enjoyed most! :o)ll
