flat tummy & smooth hips!

Hi all,

I need help! I have afew problem areas that I need to fix. I've a tummy and flabby hips. I'm a bridesmaid in June, family wedding in august and my own wedding next near so I need to blast the fat. I run, I walk and I do zumba but they don't seem to work on shockem areas I .ate.

Can any of you on this give me some tips as I need to take myself in game.

If you already do a lot of cardio exercises maybe you should try some weight training. Do you do any sit-ups, the plank, reverse crunches, squats or leg lunges? The plank is a great all over strengthener but it really works your core muscles. Try reps of 30 and repeat 3 times. The plank hold for as long as you can and repeat 5-10 times and build up how long you are holding it for each session.
I started light weight training last year and saw a big difference in toning, having never done any before but its great for toning up. Whats your diet like? If you cut out white bread and white pasta and things like fizzy drinks you should see a difference in your tummy. I wouldn't be able to do that full time but say two weeks before the weddings and you should see a noticeable difference.
