Healthy Routines prior to Wedding

Hi Wollies,

Can you tell me are you doing any healthy routines prior to the run up to you wedding/honeymoon?

If so, please share.

I know one bride to be is drinking hot water and lemon twice a day

Hey excitedbride12,

how long do you have to your wedding ?
I am doing morning sports since years, they're quite toning, and used to eat low-card foots, such as chicken meat, lots of eggs, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
As for sports - do both cardio and weigthts, meaning you can switch the gym with some jogging, or other cardio sports - such as swimming, tae bo.

This would put you in a perfect shape for no time! trust me :)

Hi,

I've been trying out the GI diet after it was recommended to me by a friend.

I managed to lose over 3kg after the first 2 weeks!

There are a good few books out there but I got one by a man called Rick Gallop.
