Baked Fillet of Sea Bass, hollandaise sauce with a ragout of potatoes, smoked bacon, pearl onions, tomatoes & thyme.
Or

Looks lovely, i would eat everything on that menu. The only thing i would say is that you have fish on the main course so i prob wouldn't have fish on the starter aswell. Looks great though.

Thanks Girls :-) appreciate the sanity check!
I know what you mean 'Barrysb' - I was going to go with Fishcake, but thought 2 hot starters; heavy, & then I was going to go with Chx Caesar Salad and thought nope, not 2 chicken dishes and not everyone likes caesar dressing if we left out the chicken, replaced with bacon. & i personally [just our opinion] find melon drab. so went back to the choices i have now. I was going to go with Cod as a main course instead of seabass until I read oh like 28 menus yesterday and didn't spot cod once, so said okay seabass!

Sounds Delish! I'm not a fan of fish but I don't have to worry about it as I could have the vol-au-vent and steak - Happy out!
