It's more WHY you eat, like you say you're not even hungry! It's all about changing attitudes towards food. Thats the hard part. There is nothing wrong with you- I have my own food issues. Sometimes a series of events, or one major event, can cause the comfort eating. For me, my miscarriages started it off. I did the motivation weight program last year after my DS was born, it was expensive, but it works. Everyone has a "Mental weight", based on their attitude to food, & my mental weight was very high, so it was very easy for me to gain weight. I also uncovered several " mental blocks" that were stopping me losing weight. For eg, as I was heavier with my successful pregnancy, I thought SKINNY = Miscarriage. Of course this isn't proven to be true, but thats what I was convinced of. I had a few others as well, but I hope you get the gist? I also found BOREDOM was a big food trigger. I am still dealing with food issues, it's an on-going thing. BUt the program works, as long as you follow their advice of course! ANyway I'm just mentioning it for the psychological aspect of how they change behaviour, because I found, I couldn't change my behaviour on my own.
