You're more than a third of the way there, your two thirds!!!!

Well done, 2st in 3 months is fantastic!

if you're struggling, dig out your food diary's from the first couple of weeks, hopefully this might motivate you and get back on track!

well ladies.

I went shopping on Saturday with my mam, bought a new dress. No biggie - well it will be when I get the cc bill, but that's another story

When I got home I wanted to see if I'd fit into an oldish dress. Well, I ended us trying on every dress in my wardrobe. Even the dress I bought for my brother in laws wedding fit me. This is the dress that I got too big for and had to buy a new dress fit me - and that even was tight on the day. There is one from a wedding 2007 that I can get into but its not the most comfortable.

So I think, if I keep on this track I'll get into it comfortably, and the pair of trousers that I bought with a view to 'slimming into them' 6/7 years ago can close but I couldn't wear them in public yet, but I'm getting there.

I also did up a menu plan. Its a two week rotation of about 10meals and its ready to go for the next few months.

Feeling really good about this girls. Really hope I get my stone on Wednesday.

Ha ha Betty Draper, something similar happened me. I was going for a few drinks Friday night with the girls and have 2 dresses I bought earlier in the year still brand new with tags on and I'd decided to wear one of them, tore the tag off and the flipping thing is too big! The other one is too big too but I think that one is last season so wouldn't be able to return it whereas the one I took the tag off is still in the shops. Anyway bigger picture, I'm happy that it's too big. It's great motivation although have to make sure I don't get complacent. My DS is 1 on the May bank hol so want to look some way good for the pictures so that's my goal now to try get to the 2 stone in 2 weeks. That's about 3 lbs I've to loose.

At tonight's WI I was down another 1.5lbs. 13lbs over 6 weeks. Not bad if I do say so! I was disappointed that I didn't get my stone off tonight, but I'm still on the right track.

Oh and I got slimmer of the month! Well delighted with that!

I will stay motivated and get to my goal*

Well done Betty Draper, slimmer of the month! Wowee!! You're well deserving of that kitkat! And Sally Cinnamon that's super weighloss. AFM, well I'm recording it as staying the same! I'm doing it online so weigh myself and always weigh myself first thing in the morning with my pj's on! If I strip off I can knock off another 1/4-1/2 lb, but really that's just cheating!! So I'm going to be strong and say I stayed the same! First week since I started :o( And I started couch to 5k this week and all. I really am starting to slip with the food. Need to stock up the fridge with fruit and veg. Here's to a super week next week!

Congrats Tipp on your DS, fair play to you starting back on the weight loss trail already, took me ages to get my ass in gear! There's a recipe thread on here that I found helpful. Hearing of other peoples weight loss always motivates me I have to say!

Hi all,

New to this thread, delighted to see there's such big SW group on here!

Over the last year i've lost 2 stone but have seriously lacked motivation in the last few months... So week before last I really got back into it. Started have my 1/3 superfree and synning things (which I wasn't doing at all) and only down 1.5 last week was obviously happy to be down but was still disappointed.

Now i'm totally after derailing myself again, had a complete write off of a weekend.
Am determined to start afresh tomorrow, went shopping today and have stocked up. Breakfast & lunch made for work.

Weigh in is Wednesday - is it too late to get a loss this week!?
