Hey,

I am hoping to buy the book this week and start on Monday! Is there anybody else starting Monday??

My birthday is in June and would love to have 7lbs lost.

I have 2 stone to loose.

you'll do it alright,just get past the attack and its plain sailing from there on,after a week you wont even have to think about what you can and cant eat it will come natural to you,i started the dukan may 23rd last year and lost 2stone and 8lbs,its the best diet i ever did,im not on it now but i keep to a very low carb diet,so the dukan principles have stayed with me and iv kept the weight off...good luck :wv

Morning,

Thanks a mill Errigal for the motivation! just saw your post this morning.

I started today!! Had two eggs this morning and coffee. Going to have o% vanilla yogurt at 10 and chicken for lunch.

I am going to buy Oatbran and have it this evening after dinner.

How are you getting on Fi?

eat... thats the best thing about this diet, you can eat as much of the allowed foods as you want,i found that having crab sticks with balsamic vinegar a life saver,i know its not to every ones taste but it helped me also packets of chicken and ham and beef or salmon from aldi,so handy to have in the fridge,and dont forget the muller lites,i loved them!!
try not to let yourself get hungry,i know the foods can get boring but stick with it and in a few days ye can have veg and it will be delish

It really is mind over matter (if you don't mind, it shouldn't matter!).
After a poor start with coffee for breakfast, I had a good lunch.
Going to try and stick within my weight watchers allowances too.

Thanks Girls,

I just told myself yesterday to cop on!

I drank loads of water and for lunch I had loads of slices of beef! I feel like a caveman, MMMM... meat more meat!

I bought the seafood sticks and balsamic and they were gorgeous. Thanks for the tip Errigal.

Last night I had roast chicken. I made the galette too and managed to eat half. Think I might put Oatbran in my yougurt today.

Feeling very good though and motivated.
