Hi guys,

Just wondering are there any of you out there that have started/are on this diet? I started yesterday and am feeling really motivated to get the weight down in time for my wedding next summer!

Very excited to see the effects-have pics on my phone of honeymoon resort to keep me motivated!

I started yesterday at 12st 11lbs and my first goal is to get to 10st.

Join this thread and we can try to keep eachother motivated!!

Hi- I have made appointment with them this week as well how are you finding it and can you let me know how much its costing you cause i heard it can be expensive

Only saw ur post now-Apologies! I am going onto Week 8 now and I have lost 1 st-pretty much 2lbs a week so steady and sustainable weight loss. The program costs E615 altogether-u pretty much pay e345 at the start and then the other e270 on week 5. You also buy protein supplements each week which are e30 but for the past few weeks I've only been buying half of them and they don't mind. I'm finding it great! People noticing a difference in my shape which further motivates you. I still have another stone and a half to go...fingers crossed I'll be down another stone before Xmas!

Hey excited2012, thats brill weightloss, am half considering this also but just seems a lot of money...trying to justify it.... there are mixed reports when you research it so good to hear some good feedback....

Hi ya- Ihad to send this on I am in week 6 now with them and in 5 weeks i have lost a total of 15lbs and all I did was follow the programme and tbh i dont bull**** it is expensive but works.

I'm researching this at the moment as someone is work has lost 2 stone in the last 8 weeks and I'm intrigued.... I'm interested in starting in Jan with a view to losing three stone - I'd love to hear how you're getting on...

Hi guys, all going great with me and the motivation diet! I started the middle of September and I am down 1 stone 8lbs-Ive pretty much lost 2lbs each week. I don't follow the diet to the exact letter, as in-yellow peppers, carrots and onions are not 'free' vegetables but I eat as much of them as I'd like. I dont weigh any food- I do eat very few carbs though compared to what I did eat! In the 12ish weeks I've been doing the diet, I'd say I've gone out maybe 9 of those weekends drinking-so it certainly isn't holding back my social life either (Altho I am very disciplined not to get food in the chipper after even though all my friends do!) The amount I can eat has totally changed-I'm full way quicker than I was before. I walk 4-5 times a week-about 6km each time which I'm strangely learning to love!! (Never thought that would happen!!!)
So my advice is forget about the money-imagine all the money you'd spend on takeaways and treats in the shop in 20 weeks compared to the feeling you get when people compliment you and how great it feels to get into those jeans that wouldn't come up over the thighs when u first started!!!! I know it is expensive but it is so worth it!! I did the WW before and lost about 3 stone-then put on maybe 1.5 stone so now that's gone again and I'm gonna keep going to get another stone off!!

I did this too, it works as long as you keep on the food plan & use the books & cd's.
