Hi Pineapples

welcome to the the forum, don't be disappointed with your 1.5lb off i'm not having big weight losses but every week its weight off and its going in the right direction - if i hadn't started slimming world id prob be 4half pounds heavier now.

Saying all that i didn't have a great weekend either had two meals out and just generally ate bad so im hoping i can do enough to have little weight loss this wednesday too.

O-O here's to a healthy 3days!!

Im back again...third time lucky :-8 :-8 :-8 :-8
I have a wedding in 30 days so i have a major target. Im really annoyed at myself, I just love fatty food too much and need to get back on track. I havent gained but I havent lost any. I started the couch to 5 km so hopefully that will step things up too. My major problem is I always start the day off wrong with breakfast, i skip it in the house as i dont have time to grab anything so when i arrive into work i grab a scone and lob a tonne of butter on it or even grab a sausage sambo :-8 from the local shop , then it goes downhill from there. Anyone have any nice breakfast suggestions?
Also what would you say would be an achieveable weight loss in 30days if I was really strict?
Just looking over everyones weightloss and the weight seems to be flying of you ..jealous

Mrs Blobby, I'm of zero help to you, just back from McDonalds with the gang from the office. Quarter pounder with cheese, chips and a Chocolate fudge brownie mcflurry are NOT SW friendly!! I syned them.... :yelrotflmaosmilie: :yelrotflmaosmilie: O:|

Mrs Woggle looking at your weight lose you can afford to have a big dirty lunch...hmmmmm mcdonalds. I ended up meeting a friend in Costa for lunch n sure enough they had nothing that was slimming world friendly so now im starving, i grabbed a banana and orange on the way back , cant wait for dinner .

Must resist vending machine ...its only 30 days to the wedding..... must think of how annoyed i will be if i dont stick to it when the wedding arrives..........

After all the McDonald's talk yesterday I wanted one desperately. Had to drive past two on my way home from the WI, and I did just that!

I kept focused on the road and the bigger picture.

Was down 1.5lbs last night so got my stone award. Was delighted with myself and knew a Big Mac would ruin everything!

Down a lb. Not too bad I suppose but next week will be a siaster as the mcdonalds will kick in & its DS birthday on Sunday and I've ordered a big chocolate ganache cake. But hey, what's a girl going to do. I only do the c25k 3 times a wk, don't have the time for anymore really. I'm still ridiculously red when I'm running. I can't imagine I'll be able to up it a notch next week.

Well done Betty Draper, on both the stone award and the willpower driving past Mickey D's! Sorry for bring it up!!! :action34

I was down half pound this week - not much but i hadn't a great week so was shocked to be down a half.

Well done on all the weight losses ladies, everyone is doing mighty.

Our Leader read out syn values for mcdonalds yesterday and boy were they high even the wrap which you think your going for the "Healthy" Option was over 20syns!

I think our homemade burger and chips are way nicer :)

Thanks - don't be silly, if there was no temptation it wouldn't feel as good when we lose weight!

I'm doing the SW friendly version of the new CBO- chicken, bacon and onion. Just use grilled chicken breast, grilled synless bacon, fried (with fry light) onions on a whole meal roll with melted reduced fat cheddar, lettuce and ballymaloe relish. It's 1 syn HEA and HEB. Soo yummy - its DH's new favourite!
