Don't know where craigsmrs' wedding was but where I was the weather was fab all day, hoping and praying for the same next Thursday for all our days in fact!

so exciting girls!! can't believe one of our brides is actually married, really hope they all make it online before honeymoons to let us know how it all went.
how is all the last minute preparationg going for everyone??

all good here I think! although the amount of lunches/dinners out with people over the next week few weeks is a bit of a worry as to how I am going to fit into my dress at all!! everyone is looking to go out with us in the lead-up which is lovely but makes it harder to be healthy!!

My last minute preparations are taking a bashing! Started with piano player pulling out, went to pick up my dress yesterday and it didn't fit (too big not too small so at least that's something!!) and now rang to confirm with the college where we are getting our photos taken today and they say that due to new guidelines we no longer have permission...wedding in 2 weeks and our hotel has no grounds to take photos either...Grrrrr!! Trying to sort something at present!

Having a woe is me moment :weep

oh no did you get a new piano player or are you just leaving it?? the dress will be sorted anyways, doesn't take too long to alterations so that will be ok and it could be worse i.e if it was too small :o0

but it's really annoying about the photos?? raging! hate that when you have your heart set on something and it falls through

Bootleg Betty I feel your pain, my dress fit perfectly 2 weeks ago, it just needed slight alterations at the top and on the lenght but it was taken in too much I was bet into it yesterday >:o(

It should be sorted by next week hopefully!!

Morningsun - I'm thinking about a candy buffet after seeing your post. Was it expensive to get the sweets delivered to Ireland from http://www.chewbz.com?

CB2012 we actually got delivery free of charge as it was such a large order - we paid €140 for everything including the bags. Normally delivery to Ireland is £15, just checked my emails over to back to them when we were ordering and that is what they said.

God its mad how small all our tickers are.....
Ive just emailed the hotel to see if they will back down on the minimum numbers thing, were 30 short...
we have fallen serious victim to communion season O:|

fingers crossed they will drop it or at least throw something else in for us....
Finally got my mass booklets donee and the house painted, gonna put the feet up for the weekend

(and maybe have a sneaky cigarette :innocent:

)
