Secret Eaters??! Admit it!

Just watching "secret eaters" on More4. Are you a secret eater and if so what do you avoid logging into your calorie log??

I admit to enjoying whatever I want on Fridays!! It starts with a biscuit and tea at work and chips with dinner!!
I love a cooked breakfast at the weekend! Yum!

Haha!!! I'm a sucker for cheese and crackers, my god I could eat a whole pile of that!

Even when I was being amazingly good pre wedding, I still realxed at the weekend and had the odd sausage and take away... the run up to your wedding si supposed to be enjoyable and if you cant enjoy a slice of cake with your bridesmaids, or a take away with your OH the odd time, I would have cracked!!!! Lucky for me, I was training for a marathon so I could afford a few extra calories!!!

+1 to this! I used to detest cheese & now I love it......especially on crackers :) I eat porridge every morning for breakfast during the week but when it comes to the weekend i love a cooked breakfast too! Actually I'm pretty good during the week in general & a disaster at the weekend :weep

I was awful until i embarked on a low carb diet, cravings went after a while and my appetite did with it! :)

on week 5 now and find it all quite easy to stay away from the evil foods!! of course it helps ive since discovered that i may actually have had a wheat intolerance!

Nothing beats warm batch toast with melted butter! When there is no food (healthy food!!) in the house but there always seems to be nasty white bread, it's soooo tempting!!
