Hope you find this helpful

As requested, a place for you to write you weekly weigh-in's.

May I suggest that you each have maybe one post, where you can edit it weekly with your new weight i.e.

Week 1
28/02/05 (-3lbs) - Total Weight 11stone - 7lbs to goal

Week 2
07/03/05 (-1lb) - Total Weight 10stone 13lbs - 6lbs to goal

17/05/05 -1lb :) (finally hit the weightwatcher "healthy weight range", a BMI of 24 and have set my goal .... just another 5.5lbs to go!! and just one weigh in left!!)
24/05/05 -2lbs :) Only 3.5 lbs away from my goal weight (and from a three stone loss) with 1.5 weeks to go before the wedding. Roll on Roma!!!

03/06/05 :D WEDDING DAY!! :D

This is a great idea... I'm not getting married until the end of 2006 but I need to start the weight loss now if I hope to get my goal...

15/02/05 -.5lb
22/02/05 -1.5lb
01/03/05 - 1.5lb (that's 3.5 off since the start of lent!)
08/03/05 - 1.5lb
15/03/05 - 0.5lb... was delighted as I had a great w/end & had expected to put on!)
22/03/05 - 0.5lb (6lbs lost in total)
29/03/05 +2lb :oops: - really annoyed with myself & I didn't even eat my easter egg... aiming for 3 off next week to get back on track!!!
05/04/05 -2lbs :D (am absolutely chuffed... I'm back to 6lb off now!)
12/04/05 + 1lb :oops: :oops:
19/04/05 +0.5lb (i don't seem to be going in the right direction but I was home for the weekend & had a blast so I guess it could have been worse! :roll: )

This is a great idea. I'm not getting married until May 06 but want to be a few stone lighter by the time I go dress hunting in July. Well here it goes

06/03/05 Ok - quick note. I'm sitting here drinking a cup of coffee with cream, and eating and echo bar. I've just finished a box of Galaxy chocolates (Mother's day). Don't think I'll be losing much weight this week. :oops:
