As your guests enter the castle and immerse themselves in Castle Leslie’s tranquil surroundings, perfectly chilled champagne is being poured to enjoy in the Long Gallery or on the lawn. Soon, dinner is served in the Pavilion marquee where guests are escorted to by candlelight. Sumptuous dining is experienced while overlooking Glaslough Lake and much, much later when the dancing and revelry is nearing to a close, you and your guests retire to the Castle Drawing Room with its grand piano and famous De La Robbia fireplace for a relaxing night cap or two before you retire to your romantic boudoir!

Filled with beautiful furniture, antiques and heirlooms, the Castle has twenty original and uniquely decorated bedrooms and bathrooms. Additionally there are 107 bedrooms on the grounds of the Estate located in the Lodge, Old Stable Mews and Village Cottages. Reduced accommodation prices are available to wedding guests.

Renowned for superb food and tantalising menus, Castle Leslie Hotel offers a variety of delectable courses to make your day truly special. A sample menu might include a tian of fresh crab served alongside avocado, lime and garden leaves to start, followed by garden pea and fresh mint soup and celebration champagne sorbet to cleanse the palate. For the main course; seared fillet of Irish beef with a brandy & Madagascar green peppercorn sauce. And to finish, pavlova with fresh fruit served with strawberry puree and Chantilly cream, followed by tea and coffee.
