Winter Weddings (October/November/December)

A 4 course dining experience cooked to order by Kitchen team headed up by Executive Chef Peter Brennan consisting of: 1 Starter, 1 Soup/Sorbet, Choice Main Course, 1 Dessert, Tea/ Coffee. Complimentary use of a Master Suite on the night of your wedding. Complimentary rooms for parents of the Bride & Groom on the night of your wedding. Floral displays in public areas will be provided by Parknasilla Resort & Spa. Red Carpet on Arrival Complimentary welcome reception of freshly brewed Tea or Coffee served with Biscuits. Summer Punch or Winter Mulled Wine for your guests on arrival. Chefs choice of Canap�s on arrival to Parknasilla (One Hot & One Cold). Additional Menu Choices.
Should you wish to offer your guests additional choices on your menu the following charges
apply: €4 for additional Starters, Soup, and Dessert courses. €2.50 for a sorbet.

  • We had our wedding there 3 weeks ago in the Crowne Plaza in Northwood Santry and it was fantastic. The Redwood Suite is amazing where weddings for over 100 guests are held. The room was beautiful with fantastic background settings and the tables were immaculately set. The meal was fantastic, service excellent and the move from the room where the meal was held to where the band played was spectacular. The room where we ate was partitioned and when the speeches were over, the partition lifted and the band was ready to start immediately.The staff were on hand to deal with any issues. When the wedding was over, the staff did not rush us to leave. The bridal suite was romantic and spectacular. The next morning, the breakfast and was fantastic. All the guests commented on the hotel, the standard of meal, service, hotel accommodation and brekfast. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Stefan was the manager that dealt with our wedding and Laura was our co-ordinator.
