• Meringue Cake - with fresh cream.
• Profiterole - delicious light choux pastry.

Any combination of the above options can be used. The above photographs serve only as an example of what we can do. We welcome individual ideas and are more than willing to work with the happy couple in the design of their perfect cake.

• David baked our wedding cake and it was just amazing. Before we got to the hotel a couple turned up to view the set up of the room, noticed the cake and wanted to know who baked it. We passed the details onto the hotel. Everyone admired our cake and it tasted wonderful. Many thanks to you for your wonderful craftsmanship.
