Civil Marriage Package
Ceremony & Reception
Our Knocknarea Suite, which is approved and registered with Sligo's Marriage Registrar, offers an intimate setting for up to 100 guests to celebrate your wedding. This private room located on the second floor of the hotel is filled with natural day light and offers beautiful views of Sligo Bay.
For a civil marriage ceremony, this room is set with seating for your guests, a crisp white linen covered top table for the registrar, and linen covered seating for the bride and groom, and church candles around the parameter of the room.
A champagne and strawberry reception will be waiting for you and your guests on completion of the ceremony and afterwards you and your guests will enjoy an extensive buffet meal.

The first reason I decided to check out the Radisson Blu was it�s location in Rosses Point. Rosses Point is a place that�s very special to me, and our engagement there made it even more so! When I first saw the hotel it was a huge bonus that I loved it so much and I knew straight away that it was perfect for our wedding. Added to that, Denise Meenaghan, the Wedding Co-ordinator for the Radisson Blu, played a big part in our final decision to have our wedding there as she couldn�t have been more helpful from Day 1 and we knew everything was going to be easy with her to help us.

I just wanted to say thank you very much to yourself and the team of staff who worked to make our wedding very special. The service we received on the day was exceptional, everyone remarked on it. The food was amazing; I especially liked the special touch with the names on the desserts for Mark and myself. On a personal level all the staff on the day gave me anything I asked for and did all they possibly could to make me feel like a princess for one day, it certainly was the best day of my life and I would do it all again in a heartbeat.

The food was fantastic, everything was perfect and the room looked great. The hotel is fantastic, ye do a great job. All guests said the food and the room were great, no complaints at all which is good to hear. We will recommend the hotel to all friends getting married in the near future, for those that were at the wedding they would have seen for themselves what a brilliant hotel it is, the day spoke for itself.

I hope you are well. I have been meaning to e-mail for some time-we are just back from honeymoon recently and have been organising different aspects of our house / roof repairs. Both Annabel and I (and our families) would like to thank you very much for the excellent service and facilities provided by yourself, Pawel and Andy in the lead up to and on the day of our wedding.
We feel that the Raddisson offered excellent customer service from the outset. Your willingness to review prices was both welcome and commendable. There is no doubt but that the quality of product delivered was superb and possibly even exceeded our expectations. We have received positive comments from many and the feeling is that the Raddisson offers extra when compared with competitors.
So thanks again to everyone there and yourself in particular for all your help. In the next short while, I will write to the general manager so that he may be aware of what an excellent service you guys are offering. It really made our day and all the planning proved worth it!

i had my wedding in the Radisson Blu in Sligo on 20th August 2010 and I could not recommend this hotel hightly enough. Prior to the wedding we never had to contact the hotel as they always contacted us first which made life very easy. The service on the day couldn't have been better. The room looked fanastic, the service was fantastic and most importantly the food was excellent. Our guests are still talking about how excellent the Radisson was on the day. For many of them it was their first wedding in the Radisson and they were more than impressed. The staff were extremely attentive on the day and i lost count of how many times they checked that we were happy with everything even as late as 2 am. The hotel did an excellent job at looking after our gifts and making sure we got all our flower, wine, cake etc back the following day. I would hightly recommend Denise and the Radisson in sligo for a venue for your big day. Thanks again to all

What a wonderful day we had at the Radisson Rossespoint, Sligo on the 17th July 2010. From our first consultation with Denise to the minute we left the hotel on the 18th july, our comments can only be excellent as regards hotel & staff. We along with our guests were thrilled with the attention that ia put into weddings at the Radisson. The service on the day itself was superb, the food was excellent and nothing could be faulted. All the main course came out fully plated which is no small order to come from a kitchen, and take that from someone who knows!!! The ambience of the hotel is warm and welcoming, the breakfast the following morning was plentiful,and the staff were so so friendly and a huge thank you goes to all the staff who excelled themselves as far as we were concerned. We had a brilliant day and will only remember the Radisson with very fond memories of such a special day in our lives.

Yvonne and myself cannot thank you Denise, Emily, Pawel and
all the team at the Radisson Hotel Sligo for everything that you did for
us on the most special day, thus 21st August 2010. It wasn't just the
21st August 2010 for me and my family. The whole weekend was trully the
most memorable time where I had the whole family together. Everyone is
still talking about it to this day and will probably for some time to
come. It's a sign of what service you provided, the best I have seen. I
have seen how things work in the hotel industry from my our early part
time jobs when Tom and myself were in our younger years, and to go the
extra mile that the staff did, was trully wonderful. Denise, nothing was
ever too much. Thank you Denise.
Pawel and all the team serving the meal, what precision was given, the
quality and service was first class, nobody was left hungry, received
great comments from people who love there food that it was top class,
compliments to the head chef and his team, who came out and wished us
the best, lovely touch.
The organisation of Emily on the morning when I was a tad under pressure
with things and also with our presents for the wedding party etc. was
spot on, everything was under control and just clicked perfect on the
day.
The reception team, what smiles welcomed you, it was lovely to see.
The Radisson Blu hotel in Rosses Point Sligo is well and trully on the
map in Co. Clare and Co. Fermanagh. And we have been mentioning the
hotel in glowing terms to all work colleagues and everyone we have met
since.
I can guarantee we will back very soon to the hotel, it will always hold
a special place in our hearts to us.

Myself and Fergal had our wedding in the Radisson Sligo on 20th August 2010. When i initially went to look at the hotel one year previously I met Denise and was so impressed on my initial visit with how organised things were that i didn't look any further for a wedding venue. I never had to contact Denise she always contacted me first about details, meal tasting etc. She also gave me very good ideas for the wedding. Previous to the wedding she went through everything as it would happen on the day and who was responsible for what on the day. It was the easiest process ever which meant we could focus on other things. The service on the day couldn't have been any better. Many of my guest had never been to a wedding there before and were extremely impressed. The service was excellent, food was excellent and the room look amazing with all the candles and lighting matching our colour scheme. The staff on the day were excellent. They couldn't ask us enough times if we were happy. Even the chef came out to check we were happy. We just didnt' have to worry about a thing on the day. Everything just could not have been better organised and went like clock work. Even the following day the staff were still making sure that we were okay. It was an extremely personalised service. Overall I would like to hightly recommend the Raddison to anybody looking to book a their wedding. It was an extremely pleasurable and stress free experience which meant that we really enjoyed our day and so did our guests. Thanks again to Denise and all the staff at the Radisson,
