Hi Aisling, We had an excellent evening last Thursday at Clouds, and according to all the very good feedback we have been receiving, so did everyone who attended. I must say it is seldom that at functions of this nature that you receive such a quality of food and menu, service and all round excellence, and many of our guests have commented as such. You did the Lions Club and yourselves proud! Please pass on our many thanks to your great team, including Declan Meagher, Andrias , Head Chef, and to Paul Carey for his great help on the night with PR etc. We passed a bucket around for tips for your staff on the night and I hope they did all right by it. Hows things. I would just like to say on behalf of myself and Tiarnan and my mum and dad thank you for a wonderful day in the hotel. It couldnt have gone better. From the second we arrived at the hotel we were so looked after. The ambiance upstairs and the service and the food was absolutely wonderful. So many people commented on it - some even said the best wedding they had been to! The staff couldnt do enough for us as well. We thought that the room was laid out beautifully, we felt that all of the staff were very good to us and we thought that the food was gorgeous. And any of the guests that we spoke to said the same. I had my wedding in the Carlton a while ago and have to say that the hotel could not be faulted on anything. Mark and Hazel were brilliant help and both lovely people to work with comng up to the wedding. I would reccomend this to anybody

Hi, I had a Wedding in The Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport a short while ago and I just want to say that it was fantastic.
All of the staff and management were a huge help, and did all they possible could to make our day as special and memorable as possible.
Even in the lead up to our day the hotel were a huge help and kept in contact on a regular basis which really put our minds at ease. The Wedding Planner was a great help in more ways than 1.
The day itself we will never forget, and the food was like nothing I ever had at any other Wedding, I would certainly recommend this hotel for any Wedding or Function.
