We need to say a massive thank you to Paula Karina and Valerie along with Orlando and his team and michael our hairdresser (who lent our guests his phone charger, electricity adaptor and multiple tins of hairspray...) for last Saturday 28th April. We are only back in the land of the living today after arriving home in Ireland. Our day ran sooooo smoothly and everythin was taken care of like when I... felt I needed a cigarette before the church and Paula accosted two local boys to give me one :) Or when our baby got sick all over herself and the girls helped my friends to sort her out in the hotel room so I didnt have to leave my wedding.... Needless to say the church, flowers, venue, food and service were all top class and our guests cannot stop raving about the day..

I'm sorry for the delay in sending this email - We are just getting back to reality after our time off.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your wonderful work to make our wedding the... special day it was. We couldn't have planned it more perfectly and certainly couldn't have done it without your help. Everything ran like clockwork from the moment we met you in Dublin. We truly loved every minute of our day and thanks to you guys the preparations were a breeze. Nothing was a problem, last minute changes were organised as if they had been in place for months. The hotel was wonderful and without having seen it until 2 days before you were so right that it was more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Everyone has said that they have never been to a more beautiful wedding and of course we agree. -
Anyone thinking of getting married in Portugal don't think twice, with Paula, Karina and Valerie from algarve wedding planners you will have complete peace of mind and not be one bit sorry. Our wedding completely surpassed our expectations and AWP went over and beyond for us. They are so professional and the suppliers they use are amazing, from my makeup and hair artist to photo and video guys to our church music and wedding band (Twin flames) and florist and wedding venue (os agostos) they were all just amazing and so easy to deal with. My advice is put all your trust in the girls and the rest will fall into place, my wedding guests said they had never been to such a great wedding. Go for it, you won't regret it, I just wish I could do it all all over again xxx

It's only 5 months to our wedding in the Algarve and all I have to say is... Paula & her team from Algarve Wedding Planners have been nothing but AMAZING!! We met Paula in Albuferia on a holiday over 2 years ago and booking our wedding with her was the best decision we could have made! Her professionalism, honesty and her loving personality have made our planning experience one to remember! Since booking our wedding we have met Paula and her team at least 4 times (twice in Portugal and twice in Ireland)which has been a great experience every time as you get to tell Paula your 'worries or concerns or any new great ideas you have'! Believe me after 30 minutes with Paula all your questions are answered and all your worries have been solved and you can go off and have a lovely glass of bubbly!!!Nothing is a problem to the AWP team,I can't count the number of emails I have sent..and get a reply the same day (normally the same hour) which is fab especially when you are having a random panic attack about nothing really!! For any Brides & Grooms deliberating on the perfect location and the perfect wedding planner then the beautiful Algarve & Algarve wedding planners are all you need! We are soooo excited about our big day and we know it will be everything we have dreamed off!x

David and I were at logger heads about our wedding. It was a case of Italy V Portugal. We had been at a wedding in Italy it was fab but we both loved Algave for holiday. After meeting with Paula and Karina, Portugal was a done deal. These girls go above and beyond the call of duty. Nothing is too much trouble. They spent so much time with us and Paula knew after the first day the venue which she felt David and I would fall in love with. It was Vila Vita. Perfection. From Start to Finish the day was magical. Girls the team you have choosen to work with are excellent. Joao the photographer and of Course Orlando we love our video(you were right am so glad we choose to have one now. I have never seen anything like it. Helena and Diana and Vila vita team, it was a fairytale reception. It's like fantasy Island. Double cocktail were fantastic party band. David you are a true talent. Our family and friends are still talking about the wedding six months later. Some have said it was the best wedding they have been at and they never wittnesed anything like it. Girls with the service you offer it is truely value for money in these recessionary time.
With the packages that the girls have with their team and suppliers, Algave is a winner all round. Many thanks for everything and if there is any way we can return the compliment in the future please let us know xxxx -
We had such a fantastic time at out wedding all thanks to Algarve Wedding Planners - I would normally worry about little things in life but I did not get one bit worried or stresed on my wedding day thanks to Paula and all the team. AWP were recommended to me by friends of mine who married in the Algarve so i immediately asked who their wedding planner was after we thoroughly enjoyed their wedding and they told us all about Paula and Algarve Wedding planners. We just had 7 months to plan after a short engagement but nothing was a problem to Paula. We went out to see the venue and band a few months prior and were not disappointed. We choice the Grande Santa Eulalia and the band Twin Flames - we made the right choices. All our guests were stunned by the hotel and are still talking about the band - I never left the dance floor til the band finished and that's no exaggeration! They are excellent, so lively. The hotel were fantastic, so accommodating. We did our civil side of thing there also but I think it was worth the extra cost. AWP organised a solicitor who sorted all the paperwork for us. hair and make up were unbelieveable - MAC make up and hairdresser was excellent - and so friendly. The photographer and videographer were also so nice, friendly and excellent at their work - we got to see previews at the reception! I would 100% recommend Algarve Wedding Planners for a wedding in the Algarve if you want a stress free day as you deserve x

They make planning a wedding so relaxing and 100% stress free. They are absolute professionals & genuinely lovely girls. We were lucky enough to meet Paula at a wedding she planned in 2008, after that wedding we knew The Algarve was for us. We met Paula in The Algarve again a year before our big day and after a quick chat she knew exactly what we wanted. She brought us to see beautiful venues and churches. Everything after that was planned by email & finalised when AWP were on their annual visit to Ireland. Every email was replied to within minutes (even the silly questions i had :) ). On the big day, I was totally relaxed and enjoyed every minute, all thanks to AWP. Paula, Karina & Sonia, Thank you for the best day of our lives! Well, what can i say about Paula and the team at Algarve Wedding Planners? They are fantastic. Two words - TRUST PAULA. She knows what she is doing and will do the most amazing job for you. I keep looking at our photos and cant believe that it was our wedding. It was a fairytale. Someone said to us at the wedding that they didnt think you could get better than perfect but that our wedding was. It was all down to the team at algarve wedding planners. David learned an obscure song for us and sang it like the original singer was there. Stefanie has an amazing knack at making sure the dancefloor is always full. The lads (photo/video) Jaoa and Orlando are so easy going and calming to have around you especially on the morning of the wedding they are fantastic. It's going to be hard to choose 100 photos for the album. I actually printed them all from the CD Jaoa sent us so i could choose from them. I love them! I cannot fault one little thing about the whole run up to the wedding and the day of the wedding. Paula had everything organised and was so calming. It was wonderful - i'd love to do it all again! I already have recommended 2 couples that are getting married there next year and who are also delighted with Paula. Got married in May 2010 . we had the lovely Paula and Karina as our planners , the excellent Double Cocktail as our church music and band, the talanted photographer Joao and our reception was held in the beautiful villa vita parc. Paula my dear friend what can I say, It was truly the best day of our lives and its all down to you. From the word go you were an absolute pleasure to work with, nothing and I mean nothing was a problem for this girl she really is super woman. A massive thanks to Paula & Karine for making our day the best we've ever had. From the moment we met Paula and Double Cocktail something clicked and we knew we wanted to then get married in the Algarve. The whole day was utterly fabulous and not a thing went wrong, it was beautiful, fun, intimate, everything we had wanted with extra special touches which were a lovely surprise. 1 week later and all my family and friends are still talking about how it was the best wedding they had ever been to- from the chapel music by Dave and Stef (Double Cocktail)to the food, setting, weather, and Double Cocktail in the evening. We wish we could go back and do it all again! and if we could, we would not change one single thing. What a day! It is impossible to put into words how dear you are to us for all you have done! Please would you pass on our thanks to all those concerned that we never met - flowers (beautiful bouquets), cake, decorations and also the soloist - wow what a voice! Not a dry eye in the church! When I drew up (albeit rather late) at the church I just had time to see the flowers around the arch and on the pews - beautiful.
