We had our weddings in the Athlone Springs Hotel in June 2010 and had the best day of our lives there. From the first day we enquired at the reception of the hotel until we checked out the morning after the wedding we were treated like honoured guests. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us at every request. The events manager, Nicola was a pleasure to deal with. She took a personal interest in our day and made us feel at home every time we called to the hotel with questions. The day itself was spectacular! We had our ceremony in the hotel garden and it was perfect. All of our guests complimented the ceremony saying how much they enjoyed spending time outside in a beautiful setting. Again the staff made the transition between the garden and the function room easy and seamless. Throughout the day we always had a staff member on hand in case we had any requests. What can we say about the food�wow!!! The best compliment we can give is that we have returned to the hotel many times since for dinner. We and our guests absolutely loved the food! Compliments to the chef!
