Specialising in a mix of traditional and reportage style photography Insight Photography delivers natural relaxed images that capture the unique, emotional and personal moments of your day. Your wedding photography will be fun, easy-going and above all reflect the real you.
On booking Patricia as your photographer, she meets with the couple and visits the various wedding locations including the bride's house, the church, the reception venue and those special locations you might wish to visit on your wedding day. This ensures that she can take the best possible photos with a minimum of fuss. (You can see examples of her work on http://www.insightphotography.ie)
All couples are different and Patricia likes to capture this in each wedding she shoots. She likes to meet with and get to know the couples, discussing your requirements before your wedding, which results in much more relaxed and natural photos from the day.
All images taken on the day will also be given on CD in high resolution for the couple to do with as they please. Patricia believes that even though the photographer owns copyright of the images, the memories belong to the newly-weds.

From the very first email I recieved from Trish her professionalism, friendliness, enthusiasm and amazing service shone through. She really impressed us and we booked her for our big day!
As a person Trish is so lovely and easy to get on with which made the day itself go impeccably as we were both so comfprtable around her. Before the day she was so efficient at getting back to us and answering any questions we had...even the stupid ones!! We met Trish at our venue a few months before to shoot an engagement shoot. We were not that into it but would now highly recommend couples to do it as it really helped with our expectations for the day and we became more comfortable in front of the camera. On the day it self it was like having a friend at the wedding. We have both said since that we felt she was like a friend. We were so confortable around her and most of the time she was doing what she does best without us even realising she was there. Just wanted to let you know how ecstatic we are with the amazing photographs you took on our wedding day, 3 rd Jan 2011.I cant believe its us in the photos, you made us look stunning and miraculously relaxed (no mean feat!).Both Paudie and I felt so comfortable working with you, most of the time we didn't even notice you were there you blended in so well.All of the guests were blown away by the slide show you displayed at the wedding, there were even tears from some of the crowd. We are still recieving compliments about the slide show and all of your beautiful photographs.
I dont know how you managed it but you succeeded in coaxing my camera shy niece into the pictures and she even smiled!
One of my many memories of the perfect day are of your catchphrase, "last photo now", although it was'nt the "last photo" our time together flew past and was thoroughly enjoyable.

We got married in December 2010. Trish was acceptional from start to finish for the day of our wedding. Considering it was an exceptionally cold and frosty December day, we did not expect trish to stay as long as she did to capture every moment till late into the night. From the moment I spoke with Trish her professionalism is next to none and she is a very pleasant and easy person to work with. Trish made our day so special and the pictures she took are just amazing. We didn't have a videographer but Trish had it all covered on camera. Everyone was so impressed by the slide show after and it was nice for our guests to enjoy with us some moments of the day on screen. We can't thank Trish enough and would highly recommend her photography services for any event. We wish her well in all she does.

We got married this summer and Trish well and truly captured the highlights of the day superbly. Trish was fantastic; she was with us throughout the day and well into the evening although you would hardly even know it. She joined us mid morning and fitted right in without any bother at all and even throwing a hand in the preparations to keep the last minute mayhem at bay within the household didn�t knock a flitter out of Trish. Her friendliness and professionalism was outstanding and was recognised by all at the wedding and certainly well compliments her style of photography. Some of the best pictures that we have of the day are those that were taken without any conscious awareness and the creatively captured formal shots. Overall we are really pleased with our wedding photos and would highly recommend Trish to capture your magic moments on your very special day too.

We got married in july 2009, when it came to booking the photographer and emailing around for quotes etc I was dizzy!That was until I spoke to Trish she totally understood what I wanted and I felt so comfortable with her (extremely important for you and our photgrapher to be comfortable around each other!)We met up with Trish 6 months before the wedding and her ideas and thoughts got me so so excited about my wedding!!The day of the wedding I hardly noticed her there in the church (she gives great tips for great pics in the church!), after the bridal party shoot,in the hotel before dinner she kidnapped us to take more pictures at a wonderful place i never thought of, THIS made our album!!
When the band took their break Trish held a slideshow with the pics she took that day and some of our childhood pictures, needless to say the tears were flowing!! EVERYONE and I mean everyone commentated on the slideshow and how much of a wonderful touch it was!
The disc came very fast for our picking!! over 1000 pics to choose from happy days!!
we chose the storybook album (which is worth every penney, it is so different and unique), and a couple of months after the wedding we recieved our album and a beautiful gift!
I am still ordering pictures for my family from Trish and the quality is amazing!

We spent a long time researching photographers as I feel it is such an important part of any wedding. From the moment I contacted Trish she was extremely helpful and accomodating. We wanted fresh, natural as well as formal photos to be taken without us missing out on too much of the day. A hard thing to do but I can say that Trish carried out the brief in a very natural professional manner. She was unobtrusive and made us all feel very calm and at ease. She made herself available for any extra photos we wanted and took photos of the groom and groomsment in the local before the wedding. Her slideshow in the middle of the music was fantastic and she selected fantastic pictures. She also stayed late to do this slideshow which is not done by many photographers from my research. Its something different and your guests may even see themselves. I cannot recommend this lady highly enough. So if you want a professional photographer with the skills to adapt to any wedding style or requests I would get Trish from Insight photography.

Trish is just amazing. I would highly recommend her.She has such a great eye and our photos really told a story of the great day we had.She is relaxed and laid back and takes it all in her stride.She arrived early in the morning and still bouncing around full of energy well into the evening.
She has some lovely personal touches like a slideshow of the photos for your guest to see on the night , a website that is open for all friends and family to view at their leisure all subtle but really great points of differentiation.
She is patient and listens to anything you might like or not like.She gave us heaps of tips for the day ,things that I would never have thought of and had a wet/dry weather plan. We now have the most amazing memories in our photos.Trish, thanks so much and wish we could do it all again with you .Thanks so much -
Received the wedding album today and and we absolutely love it, as we did the slideshow on the day, the pictures on the website, the DVD and now the album:-)
Trish was brilliant through out the whole experience from choosing the photographer through to the album. She fitted in so well on the day - everyone commenting on her friendliness and her ability to capture the moment without being intrusive. She had all the work planned before the day and then remained calm and helpful and adapted to any last minute changes and the rain without a problem. During the day she expertly guided and helped us so we could have those special pics without us barely noticing. She is so professional, yet friendly and really her relaxed manner helped us to enjoy the day more and her eye for a good photo is fantastic and to have them on all on our slideshow, DVD and album is just great. Our guests also really enjoyed the slideshow, shown on the evening of eh wedding but it was great for others to access from the website almost immediately. Thank you Trish so much for everything and for adding the flower girl picture, who did not make the wedding, to the album and for the little extra pictures you choose do make the album more real and just better:-) the two little books are going down well with family too... Shane and I have no hesitation in recommending Trisha for any wedding...in part of the country...come rain or shine:-) -
Trish really made our day.
All the guest commented on her fantastic work and how nice she was. The photos on our online, password protected gallery are fantastic and i cannot wait to get our dvd of all photos taken. During the evening reception Trish shows a slideshow of photos taken that day, there was not a dry eye in the house, i think its a wonderful idea which means all the guest get to see a sample of the wonderfull moments they have helped to create.
