Maria Fitzgerald - Professional Singer, trained at the world renowned Royal Academy of Music in London and has over 10 years experience in music and event management.
Over the years Maria has won many awards for her singing including the highly regarded Feis Ceoil and Feis Mattiu competitions, RDS Dublin. Maria has toured internationally as a lead female vocalist. She has performed at the point depot with international super star Josh Groan, been featured on both UK television station Channel 4 and on TV3's Ireland AM. Her vocal styles range from Classical , Contemporary, Modern to Traditional Irish.

We had looked for a wedding singer for a number of months before we found Maria at a wedding show. I heard her cd playing from a distance and made a beeline for her stand! She has such a beautiful voice - strong and pure, but not overly operatic like some of the other singers we had heard but which weren't really our style. Maria is a total professional and was so easy to work with - she gave us great advice on song choices and was also able to learn some of our own favourite songs which added a lovely personal touch to our ceremony. So many of our guests commented on Maria's wonderful performance. Music was a really important part of the wedding ceremony for us - and Maria and her team helped to make that ceremony just perfect!!

I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say a HUGE thank-you to you and the string quartet for helping to make our wedding day on 22nd May so special.
From the second that I met you Maria and heard you sing at the Wedding Fair in the City West I knew that Weddingsinger.ie would be amazing and you really exceeded my expectations. The music and singing in the church and the music for our drinks reception were fantastic. Although Christopher and I barely got a second to listen to the music in Carton House, we really loved the church music. We have had so many really positive comments from our guests and are really looking forward to listening to it all again when we get our DVD.
Everything was exactly as we discussed and you kept it really classy. You managed to interpret the mood that we wanted to create and your singing and the quartet portrayed it exactly. Everybody was so impressed, especially us.

I just wanted to thank you most sincerely for making the mass at our wedding so special on 6th September 2008.
