With it’s 107 acres of parkland and 50 acres of adjoining woodlands set out in walks and picnic areas, Ballymagarvey is an oasis of peace just twenty five minutes North from the M50 Motorway at Balrath Cross on the N2 midway between Ashbourne and Slane.

The main house has been lovingly restored. It is modest, homely and warm and it’s nine rooms of 5 Star quality are truly luxurious. The seven Courtyard Cottages are all finished in traditional style, some have wood burning stoves. All have charm in abundance and are comfortable in the extreme.

The accommodation is tucked away at the end of a long winding avenue and is not overlooked on any side. Ballymagarvey House was a typical ‘strong house’ of the late 1700's with it’s battlemented tower. Strong Houses were such that gave protection to Plantation families in times of turmoil.

Today, Ballymagarvey House and Courtyard Cottages provide a unique and exclusive venue for Private Vacations, Weddings, Conferences, Corporate Meetings, Product Launches, Exhibitions and Concerts.
