Marie McElheron set up her own bridal design business in 2006 after building up her experience over many years in the industry. After working in Dublin and London Marie returned to specialize in bridal wear.
The design studio in Arklow, Co Wicklow operates consultations and fittings by appointment only, so each bride has complete privacy when booked in.
Since launching the first bridal collection Marie now also designs for the full bridal party including the bridesmaids, flower girls, Mother of Bride and has recently expanded to provide evening and occasion wear based on each clients individual needs.
Along with Marie's own custom design service, bridal collections from Augusta Jones and Impressions Bridal offer a wide selection of gowns.
Bridesmaids gowns from Jim Hjelm Occasions and Impressions offer a varied selection of gowns also available in over 30 colours. Cravats are available to match all gowns.
Our shoe collections are from Pink and Belle offering many styles and different heel heights.
Headpieces, tiars and veils are available to suit all gowns. Fur wraps and shrugs are in stock, perfect for winter weddings.
Alterations are done on site by experienced seamstresses.
We are only 1 hour from Dublin and Wexford.

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to Marie for all her help & advice in choosing a dress for my wedding day on September 25th. Despite having to cancel several appointments due to bad weather in January '10, I got lucky on the 3rd occassion & finally ordered THE dress at an Augusta Jones event. It was a pleasure to try on the beautiful and elegant dresses in Marie's shop. Marie offers the bride-to-be her undivided attention, as part of her one-to-one, personal service. Marie includes alterations in the dress price which is also something to consider. Marie's attention to detail and unhurried, personal service clinched the deal for me!!So if the idea of sharing a bridal shop with 5 or 6 other brides on a busy Saturday afternoon fills you with dread I would recommend making an appointment with Marie.
