Catrina Scullion is a leading Irish soprano with extensive performance experience.
Catrina is emerging as a sought after soloist, having performed in concert in venues around the country and as a guest soloist for diverse musical projects; from her appearance as soloist for "Instant Opera" at Electric Picnic 2009 singing opera classics on The Body and Soul stage, to "Lady Catrina" in the Speigeltent with the Vertical Rhythm Club, singing Gershwin.
In addition to these and singing with Opera Ireland, Anna Livia Opera and Lyric Opera as a chorus member Catrina has toured with the acclaimed PBS show Celtic Woman and performed as a soloist with Michael McGlynn's dynamic Irish choral Group, Anuna,
Catrina has over ten years experience of liturgical music in both the Catholic and Church of Ireland/Anglican Liturgy.Given her experience, Catrina can adapt to singing in a number of different styles and genres; having worked with string quartets, pianists, guitarists and harpists she can work with the bride to make a "bespoke" music package that accommodates her tastes.
Catrina is also an accomplished flautist and would be happy to incorporate that into your wedding package for a small additional fee.
