Popular chocolate biscuit cake - A rich belgian chocolate ganache with cheesecake base and handmade biscuits, meringues and marshmallows inside. Finished in any of the chocolate decorations or even iced.

Light or rich fruit cake - Our fruit cakes are made from a traditional recipe passed down through our family for generations. We still use all natural ingredients. Real butter, country eggs, flaked almonds and the best quality organic dryed fruits laced with Irish Whisky.
