Sarah fell in love with photography when she got her first camera from her Dad for her 15th birthday. Ever since, she has been a keen photographer, developing her skills and graduating from DIT Aungier St in Dublin with a degree in Film and Media.
She combines her creativity and enthusiasm with the latest in digital techniques to create beautiful images. Sarah's approach is all about fun and freshness and is sensitive to people and her surroundings. She believes that a good portraitist must engage with her subject to capture natural shots which reflect true character and personality. She appreciates the subtleties of form, light and colour and finds the magic in ordinary, everyday things.
Sarah does a very original line in portraits, from weddings to maternity to christenings, and can cater for all types of commercial photography. Whatever the occasion, you are guaranteed a very personal service, a diverse range of images to choose from and production values of the highest standard.

My fiancee Sarah and I were at our wits end looking for a photographer who was modern, contemporary and had a touch of class. When we found Sarah Connolly we found it all!
On our first meeting with Sarah, she took time to get to know us, and showed us some of her recent albums. We knew we had made the right choice.
On the big day Sarah was amazing. She put everyone at ease with her friendly, relaxed manner. She was very quick and creative taking the pictures.
On receiving our photos so promptly after the wedding we were speechless the first time we saw them. Sarah did a beautiful job and captured every essence of our day.

Thank you for capturing every moment of our wedding day perfectly.
In our initial meeting we had requested certain photos that we wanted taken, you captured them better than we could ever have anticipated. Both families were very impressed with your ability to get all photos taken with such ease and little fuss.
Even though it was December & it was raining you still managed to get the most beautiful photos at
the Quad for us.
Our favourite photos are the most natural ones, from the ones you took of both of us smiling and laughing, guests enjoying themselves and our nieces and nephews, been both happy and tired, really captured the essence of our day.
You made the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable, we did not feel for one minute that we were posing all day for photos.
Our biggest problem is choosing the photos from the huge selection you took for us, we look forward to the finished product.
We have already been recommending you to our friend�s.

Thanks again for doing such a great job in taking the photos of James. I don't know how you managed to capture so many great shots when he was moving around so much and irritable. You're patience and professionalism were very much appreciated and your relaxed style was perfect for sleep deprived parents and 10 month old . Your coming to our home made it so much easier and yet you managed to make the most of our limited backdrops!
Our family members who have experience of studio portraits were really impressed and thought it was such a good idea doing portraits in the home. We have recommended you already and will continue to do so. -
When we booked Sarah for our wedding I thought to myself that it wouldn't be the easiest wedding she ever worked on - the bride's side in particular being very camerashy. However I needn't have worried as she whipped us into shape in no time without us even realising it! Sarah's confident approach and calm manner put everyone at ease very quickly.
The result is a collection of really lovely posed and unposed photos of family and friends which will be a fantastic momento for years to come.

I just can't express how thrilled, excited and delighted I was to see our wedding photos online yesterday - I've already looked through them an embarrassing amount of times!! They are beautiful far beyond my expectations and I can't believe how perfectly you captured the very essence of our day. To have such a great selection of images to draw from for albums, framed pictures and presents for family is more than we could have hoped for. I also love the natural feel to the photographs which a great testament to your expertise.
It was an absolute pleasure to have you there on the day and if anything you added to my experience. Your background research was evident when you were easily able to recall all the names of parents and siblings with ease - this left a lasting impression on my Father-in-law. My mother-in-law remarked last night that she felt like she had know you forever - I think that says it all!
I also want to thank you for having our photographs for us so soon after the event, I really didn't expect to see anything for a long time and was so pleasantly surprised when were able to access them so soon, as was all of the family.
