As we head into January we may be feeling a little battered after the winter months. We find ourselves this week making promises to run three miles every morning before work, or to put a halt to the snacking, or to swap our morning coffee for prune juice. My mother and grandmother always reminded me not to wear make up unless a special occasion, my nana had fantastic skin even in her nineties.

My mother told me never to out side the door with out your face on!
and she is right I find myself when I meet people in the supermarket with no face on thinking bad things. Its nice to think that if I have my face on and at least look have decent no one will be thinking I look awful!!!!!!!!!!
