Mothercare has opened a new shop beside Smyths & Next in Newry.

I got the microwave steriliser for £10- was €26 in Mothercare in Dundalk.

There is a second and shop in Celbridge which sells lots of baby things (mainly buggies). They are only open on Saturdays at the moment. It's in the Mill in Celbridge. I got a swinging crib for DD there last Saturday for €30.

Hi ladies if you are near a Sam Mc Cauleys they have starter pack of 4 tommee tippee bottles and soother for newborn reduced from 30 to 10 euro.They also had an Avent steriliser reduced to 16.50 and it included some bottles!Pampers newborn nappies are t2 packs for 8euro in Tesco and the huggies pure wipes are buy 1 pack get two free!Mothercare have a 3 wheel buggy with a car seat suitable from birth reduced from 399 to 199!

Hi Ladies I was in Tesco Carlow last night and got a BT digital baby monitor reduced to half price at 33 euro.They only had a few left but am sure they are probably in all stores

Just been into mothercare and you can get the tommee tippee hygiene plus nappybin and 6 cassettes for €38 or you can buy the nappy bin with 1 cassette for €13 and then 4 cassettes for €12 which means the total is €25 saving €13 on the above,

Hi ladies I just got Fisher Price Rainforest Cot Mobile in Tesco reduced from 50 t0 20!!Looked it up on Amazon and it was 35pounds and brilliant reviews!!

Hi minibuddy u are v welcome!!Its all money money money at the moment so every little bit saved helps!!Any time i am in Tesco,even if just for milk I always check the baby aisle just in case!!I have an older son and he bought a gorgeous baby bouncer in Tesco a few weeks ago reduced to 20 euro.Saw it in Mothercare last week for 72 euro!!!

Think that might have been a fisherprice one as well. Was €60 down to €20. I didn't get it as have family getting me one. But some saving.

Not sure whether i got a good deal or not but i went on kiddiecare in uk and got the following items for approx €805. They charge €20 delivery and thats included in price.

1 x explorer Phil & Teds, didn't get the double kit as reckon I can pick one up in a couple of years if needed. it was about €385.
I x rain cover for P&T approx €15
1 x white sleigh cot bed with mattress €210 appox
1 x changing unit with bath €110
1 x changing mat €12.00
1 x gro bag €15.00
1 x set of 2 x sheets, i x cotton pram blanket and 1 x fleece blanket suitable for buggy/moses basket €20.00
6 x bibs €6.00

Not sure whether I got good deal but was so sick of looking and having whole nlot delivered in one hit is going to save alot of messing! have feeling i'm missing something off that list but can't think what!!!

just remembered I got the P&T's lobster seat as well for €55.

I noticed nappy bins on sale in Mothercare today - think they were 13 or 15 euro, does anyone have any tips on which nappy bins to get? Do I need a specific nappy bin or can i just buy any kind of bin to use?
