********* April 2012 Babies ********

Hi all, got my BFP yesterday :o)ll

. Not due AF until Thur so only 3w4ds today. This is my 3rd pregnancy but hopefully second baby. I've a DD from April 2009 board and had a miscarriage at the beginning of this year so am, like most, wishing the next 12-14 to whiz by. I went private with my last two pregnancies but not sure what to do this time as money is tight. Be interested to know if anyone has any experience with both or what their experiences are with either

. I should have been due on 2 August this year - but these things happen for a reason - glad to have my BFP coming up to my old due date!!!!

I got mine on Monday the 25th too :o)ll

It's my first baba so don't really have a clue! I was delighted when I saw an April babies thread, was very nervous to start one cause I'm so early and I'm really freaked about something going wrong. I have PCOS and it took us 24 months to conceive so like you said I'm wishing the next 14 weeks away. Thank you for starting the thread and giving me the courage to post :thnk

I'm only 4 weeks tomorrow and not due my AF till monday, is it too soon to see my GP?
Really looking forward to all the advice and chat over the next 8 months please God.
I am really sorry to hear of your miscarriage, I have fingers, toes, legs and arms crossed that both our pregnancies will be smooth sailing! :babydust:

Try not to worry (easier said than done I know) - but positivity is half the battle!!!

I've booked to see my GP on Friday. Better to get teh ball rolling sooner rather than later. I'll only be 4 weeks on Friday and my due date is 6 April. Yours would be around the same date wouldn't it?

Congrats Duncelt and 2011fingerscrossed, I also got my bfp on Saturday. Like you 2011fingers crossed we have been trying since Feb 09. I also have PCO and thank god we struck gold with our first IUI.I am due to have a 6 week scan with the clinic on 8th August. Please god everything will be ok. So far my symptoms are that I'm really tired and I have a few cramps here and there. Delighted with any symptoms. My EDD through the online calculators is 1st April :o)ll

I have booked my GP appointment for tomorrow to confirm my pregnancy, even though I have done three tests already :innocent:

Duncelt, I also had a missed miscarraige 5 years ago so like you I am really wishing the next few weeks away. Looking forward to chatting to you ladies :o)ll

I'm delighted to hear your news, I remember you from the ttc forum.
I'm also glad that I'm not the only one whose test mad, I've done 5 :-8

I had my hcg bloods taken today and I'm having a repeat on Friday morning to see if they're going up, I'm trying not to get too excited but its so hard!!
I think I'll wait until I get the hcg results back before I go to my own GP.
Please God all will be ok at your 6 week scan, not too long to wait for it, hope it flies by for you.

OMG Duncelt, just saw your earlier message now! So sorry I didn't reply when I was replying to hannah h :-8

You're right, our EDD are really close, I'm the 5th April, it'll be so great to have a bump buddy at the exact same stage :o)ll

I'm gonna take your advice and try not to worry. I'm going in for my 2nd hcg test on Fri so if the levels have doubled I'll be able to relax a bit, I hope! Think I'll also book in for an early scan just to put my mind at ease. I don't want to tell my sisters and close friends until I have better confirmation that all's ok, but for now, I'M PREGNANT

can't believe it and I'm going to just enjoy it. I'll ring the doc tomorrow and see if I can get an appointment for Tues, so exciting :o)ll

Duncelt! Was reading on my phone yesterday and noticed you were on here and was thinking of you so when I logged on I looked you up and saw this! So happy for you! We miss you from the Aug thread but so glad you got your beautiful, sticky-like-glue BFP before that EDD in Aug! Like you say, things happen for a reason. So delighted for you! :o)ll

Hannah h I'm very windy these days as well and they smell really awful :-8

Was having the public / private debate with DH last night and I'm not 100% sure but think I'm going to go private in Mount Carmel. It is a lot of money that could be used on other things but I'm such a nervous nelly, I think it'l help put my mind at ease.
