When I got engaged, a nation gasped. At 25 years of age and with quite the wild child reputation behind me, I'm not even close to blushing bride material. I don't think anyone expected to see me in a long white dress (or indeed any garment that went past my knees) until I was a 42-year-old Liz Taylor knock-off.

Oh don't worry after the wedding, I'll have to do a wedding report, then a honeymoon report. Then I'll have to write about my angst that I'm no longer a bride. God, I could whine about that for weeks!

Then I'll write about being a wife, moan about H2B a bit. Slag him off. Whine some more about no longer being a bride. Then there'll be the six month anniversary, the year anniversary.

There may also (hopefully!) be some baby news as well and sure that gives me nine months to write about! So it'll be grand!
