Dear Maria,
all us planners pay to be featured on this website as suppliers.
Would you be so kind to quit spamming and treat brides with a little more respect?

Hi.

me and my girlfriend want to have a civil wedding done in Prague, just the basic procedures with no ceremony. the big wedding would be in the later on.
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a person or a company that would deal for us with the local bureaucracy and allow this be handled as fast as possible.

I would be very thankful for any advice on the matter.

Cheers.

Hi James

We are getting married in Prague in October. We have hired pragueweddings.com who are cheap and organise everything and tell you what you need to do on the legal side. The flights return were 120 euros per person and the meal is working out at 29 euros per person. It is a fab city and we are getting married (a civil ceremony) in Stone Bell House on the Square. We have seen a few weddings over there and they look great. We are going over to finalise everything during the June bank holiday so I will let you know how we get on!

If anyone else on here has got hitched in Prague can you let me know how it was????????

Hi All brides to be,
We got married May 7th 2010 in Portugal. We had a traditional roman catholic mass in Santa Maria Lagos and our reception was in Tivoli Hotel Carvoeiro. We had the best day of our lives and everything went so well as we enlisted the help of Algarve Wedding Planners .Paula & Karina are more than professional , they have a genuine want and wish to make your dream come true . We have know these beautiful ladies since 2008 and they have become so dear to us as they kept in such close communication through the two years of planning. They listened to all our wishes for our day and took what we wanted and our budget and fulfulled all our requests. There team are now linked with so many other great people like our band and our Photographer. I travelled from Dublin with 95 guest during the volcano ash airline crisis and due to all the hard work Algarve Wedding Planners put in out weddign day went off with any delays or drama. My only complaint is they never told me how much I would be smiling on my wedding day, my poor face was sore as I smiled and laughed from start to finish. Please feel free to contact me for any information.

Hi

I just went to Pennys and bought a carry on suitcase. The bridal shop packed everything I would be wearing on the day ie dress vail, shoes, undies, jewellery. My dress was packed with it hanger with the plastic still over it and when I got to Portugal i took it out and put into the proper bridal bag.My dress was full enough so I was surprised to see how easly it packed in. Just give it to your mam tell her to roll it up as you mighyt freck when you see but honestly mine was fine and the ladu said they even packed Jordan like dress into a case that small.
Good Luck

Gercliff

Hi there! I am in the same situation, just got engaged in July this year and really want to get married in Italy. Have just started doing some tentative research on wedding planners. Was very impressed by amoreweddings.ie, but haven't a clue whether they are very expensive or whether you'd be better off going to a wedding planner based in Italy rather than Ireland!!

Bit overwhelming! Any advice on your experiences since your posting would be appreciated!!

I've been looking at getting married since January and went to Lake Garda in June. It's a stunning place to get married. We've settled on Lake Orta and will be visiting there in September. I've found the planners I've contacted to be quite slow in replying to my queries except for Sposiamovi. Hoping to try and organise it ourselves though and put the money into the wedding. :hic
