Graduate BFP symptoms

Re: Graduate BFP symptoms

Postby babywish10 » Wed Apr 11, 2022 5:25 pm

Xxxbabyxxx I didn't test until the day after AF was due, I just didn't want to waste money by testing when I had no actual sign. Got my BFP on April 4th. Honestly, I think everyone gets different symptoms so I wouldn't worry too much if you have only 1 sign. My symptoms were a splitting headache 8dpo, followed by sore boobs...now this wasn't the usual sore they were absolutely killing me, couldn't roll over at night without the pain waking me. This eased off the day before AF was due. I also had awful nausea and a metallic taste in my mouth on the day AF was due which hasn't gone away.

Thanks babywish10, have been on another planet the last few days over thinking everything! I don't think I will test until day after AF due, reckon if the OPK kits were anything to go by I'd be addicted to testing! Today my stomach was so sensitive to touch, more strong pains on right side and "down below" felt like it was under a bit of pressure and tender, like I'd done a few spinning classes or something on an excercise bike :eek x

Here are my symptoms girls...

from a few days PO I had:
Tiredness
needing to pee during the night/ very strong coloured pee
no CM at all which is unusual for me
Twinges/ gugrling and AF type twinges in my tummy
around CD 20 I had an unusual coloured CM when I wiped (sorry TMI) sort of a light pink
Bloating from here on in
CD 21 I had what I believe to be a migrane type headache (never had one before) to the point where I felt I couldnt see straight and had severe nausea, had to go to bed at 7pm
CD 23 & 25 Nausea % Tiredness
CD 26 - severe AF type cramps as in thought she was defo on way and nausea. Had slight spotting, thought AF had arrived and had a good whinge but it was literally just when I wiped (sorry again TMI) and didnt develop any further. Tested later that day and got my BFP!

this might sound a bit weird but this month was different from other months. Rather than noticing Symptoms and being hopeful I was more certain that this was the month as the symptoms were so strong... best of luck to anyone religiously reading this thread like I did... :thnk

HI Ladies

Want to post my symptoms on here as only yesterday I was scrolling through these pages

Anyway I think I ov'd around cd 19, but not 100 % sure. Got my smiley face on cd 17 & had dtd on the following cd's 7,9,10,12,13,16,17 & 18

Anyway on cd 18 & 19 I had really awful pulling pain in my stomach, it came & went for the day, I just thought it might have been a mild bug, but it could have been ovulation, although I've never had this pain before. Anyway I've had very few symptoms. Main one was strange dreams, although I do sometimes get these. One of the days I also had a bad headache going to bed & still had it in the morning & had to take a painkiller. A few niggley pains, but nothing specific. Then yesterday morning (9dpo I think) I woke up with this horrible taste in my mouth & had it all day. Decided then to test yesterday evening with a clearblue test.

Didn't go to the bathroom for around 4hrs or drink anything & it came up pregnant 1-2 wks.

Girls I'm still in shock, DS is only 6mths tomorrow & we decided to start trying again. Can't believe how quick it happened.

Just to add that I got a smear done last month & had a really heavy & server period which is very unusual for me. Also remember when I got pregnant on DS that I had a really heavy period & then the following month we got our BFP. Not sure if there is anything in it, but just thought I'd mention it.

Say a prayer its a stickey for me

Anyway ladies, hope this helps some of ye. Best of luck

Oh Theresa156, that's wonderful news, :o)ll :o)ll :o)ll I told you that starting the June train would bring you good luck. Really hope its a sticky, heading to the Doctor to confirm everything myself today so fingers crossed everything is still ok. :babydust:
As for my symptoms so far, well I've had nothing. Increase in appetite to be sure but not sure if that's anything to do with the BFP. I've definitely been going to the toilet more and about twice during the night, no nausea, no sore boobs etc. My main reason for posting here is that I figured that I had to have a million symptoms to get a BFP. :babydust: to everyone reading this post :o)ll :o)ll

Hi Ladies

Just jumping in here after reading all of you fab posts - so encouraging.
We we had a miscarriage 10 days before our wedding in December and as of yesterday, no sign of A/F. But trying not to get hopes up - Am afraid of my life to test for fear of disappointment :o(
I have been keeping an eye on my symptoms over the last few day - Bloated, lower abdomen cramps almost identical to my period pains, I'm very sleepy, and I waves of nausea (no vomiting). I dread every trip to the loo in case AF has arrived, so i think I'll hold off another day or two to test.

:babydust: to all of us eh ?

Might test again this weekend but putting it off as long as possible so we might get the bfp !

I would love to know any thoughts/success stories similar to my stats O-O
