Hi Ladies
i did this motivation diet and lost 16lbs in 6 weeks.

you spend about 30e a week on bars, which you have to eat as part of the diet, you also have to buy cds which help you with mental attitude.
all in all it cost me over 1000e to join and buy the foods/cds for the 6 weeks and i found when i stopped eating the bars and started bring everyday food back into my diet half the weight went back on.. (ie dairy, carbs etc) as you have to cut these out and live mostly on protein (ie egss, meat etc)
WW is still the best but you have to exercise.
For us ladies who need to shift the few pounds theres no easy fix only get the right mindset and walk the roads im afraid. but you know what they say.....what works for one mite not for another.

its really hard to keep focussed when you are TTc and trying to loose weight at the same time so i think we all deserve a clap O-O
