Anyone tried Deanna/SMEP plan?

We are doing it this month too. It worked the last time we tried (ended in ectopic) so we're all set! I'm on cd 9 but I usually don't ovulate until cd 19 or so. We started last night! >:o)

pregnancy going grand (i think). im still in the denial stage as the last time i got so excited and lost the little bean so am being very cautious this time . probably overly cautious. am afraid to be in p&b in case i jinx myself.

im hoping you girls get some good news soon. and the rest of the girlies i was on the 2 week waiter with. its a torturous wait, but trust me when it does happen (and it will happen soon), its another set of worries. i thought i'd be over the moon, but now im wishing my life away to the 12 weeks. typical eh.

Doesn't at all! I know that the worry starts as soon as you see the two lines. It's natural to be cautious hun. Try to relax and enjoy being pregnant! :o)ll

Hi ladies, AF arrived this morning - knew the wagon would cos we missed Ovo day & day before Ov...only realised this yesterday when looking at my FF chart, still getting use t the charting but really like it because otherwise I'd be peeing on every white stick I could find!
So am on ttc cycle 2, am getting pregnant next mont, pma all the way! Have started EPO to up my CM as I feel it was scant this month & come CD 8 we'll be BD'ing t beat the band!

I am going to try this for next month as it will be cycle 6 and havent used any opks or temping up to now! What are the best OPK's to buy??!!
