Starsun: When is your official test date? Always a good idea to stay on your meds until you get conclusive results....I've read so many amazing posts that I know it's never over until the fat lady sings :babydust:

KissChase: So sorry to hear your embies didn't make it this time. As far as I know you can start after you have at least one AF. I hope your next cycle is more successful :action32 :babydust:

Royalgirl: best of luck with this FET cycle. I'll probably be doing a transfer 2 weeks after ya if things go according to plan :o)ll

feather wrote:Busbybabe, good to see you back! Good luck! How many more embies do you have stored?

Feather: Still have 9 blastos left. Hoping to transfer 2 more :babydust:

Oh girls what a emotional and cruel 24 hours i just had.
I test 4 times last night, two were positive and two were negative. I was praying the two negative ones were cos i tested late in the day.
Last night i woke up with cramping and noticed id started to bleed. It was brown blood though with clots ( sorry TMI).
Then tested again this morning and the line is now almost gone, i have to put it under a light to see it, and my bleeding is getting heavier.

So i one way i'm just glad its all over as i can't explain how excited i got when i got positive tests ( even though deep down i knew the lines were too faint for the stage i was at). Hope your hopes crushed like that is awful.

I'm not sure what has happened, either the tests were wrong or i was a chemical pregnancy. I am almost positive it's a chemical pregnancy as the brown clots is exactly what happened on my 1st MC.

Star Sun - so sorry to hear it didnt work for you such a horrible feeling, hopefully nxt time will be a big fat positive.

So im officially on my 2WW had a day 5 blast thawed this morning and transferred so please god let this be our time, after almost 5 years. I hate the 2WW you really wana be positive but then the nagging negatives come in to your head and its 'what if it dosent work', and 'could we go through it again' and 'why us'. So im takin the two weeks off work and gona do loads of things i love doin like walking, cooking and my new stress buster hobbie knitting, ironic really ive started a blanket for my best friend who is due in September which will be my first godchild.

Anyone else on a 2WW? Anyone any suggestions what i could be doin to help implantation?

I didn't expect to see any more updates from you, StarSun. I'm sorry that you had to go through a final hurdle there and hope you're ok. Hope Sims have some answers for you.

I had told DH your news a few days ago and he too is very sorry that the FET didn't work.

Take care x

Hopeful42012, the very best of luck on your 2WW. I hope this is the end of a very long road for you and your DH.

Starsun I'm so sorry, it's so tough. Although even though I feel awful for a few weeks, something always makes you get your fight back. So take care of yourself and have a few glasses of wIne and let your family and friends take care of you.

As for me, after 2 weeks off work, I'm back this week and also back fighting! I've changed clinics and had my first appt with dr w at the sims this week. He strongly believes that as I have crohns disease (an autoimmune disorder), my immune system is preventing me from conceiving. So, it's a full fresh cycle again with a whole load more meds this time. I'm pleased to be trying something new although will be eating beans for the rest of my life!!!!

Still sad sometimes but a great dh, family, a new plan, a break and support from all of you has kept my head above water..so thanks.

I'll have a proper read of all the posts over the last few weeks and get up to speed with how you're all doing over the coming week

HopefulS...it's great you are able to think about the future again. This journey really is a rollercoaster...such highs and lows and sliding slopes and huge climbs inbetween.

Hopefulf2012...you poor think. The TWW is hard enough. Hope you Dad is doing OK. When are you due to test?

Well I contacted my clinic a few weeks ago, paid for the FET cycle (1200..is that about normal in other clinics?) and DH and I have had our EU bloods done. I have gotten the first part of my prescription and I just have to ring them now on the first day of my next AF (I just had one so it will be another 3 weeks or so)...then I think it's start the sniffer etc on day 21. I estimate transfer around the start of July..so it's a good distance off yet - part of me wants to ring the clinic today and ask can I start on day 21 of this cycle as I am just ready now to go! But the sensible part of me knows timing wise it would be better to wait as we are moving house in the middle of June (hopefully - if the builders get a wriggle on) - so if I wait for necxt cycle the transfer would happen just after we move rather then just before where I would be trying to rest as much as possible. ALtho...maybe it would be better to go before... confused now!
4 No. IUI's + 3 No, ICSI's = 1 little miracle!

Best of luck Our Year, I was with Hari and rang when I got my Oct AF and had a review in a week, then when I got my NOV AF it was all systems go and transfer was apx 19 days later. It all happened very fast, but tbh I was ready for it and in the right frame of mind. DS was only 6 months, but he was sleeping well etc, I think if ai had awaited a bit longer I might have put it off as he started teething shortly after and became more of a handful.
