I have been eating plenty of fruit and veg along with brown bread (never eat white bread anyway) but its still a problem this two weeks. Hope ye can help me out. :thnk

Prune juice :eek supposed to be good, never had to resort to that thank god.
Also I heard pears are good.

Glad to hear all is good with baby.

Hi Mari Yay thanks a mill, I got prune juice sat eve so took some yest morning and again this morning, also took Fybogel at night (it comes in a sachet that you add to water) and things are moving along now :-8 sorry! t.m.i. :o0 Heartburn is killing me....I'm wondering when will I get a break....like a few weeks where I'm not complaining of something. Plus I now have a cold, and chesty cough....I sound fabulous!!! Not sleeping the last few nights, so I'm in work like a zombie :weep would love to sleep for a while...without heartburn!!!

Funnily enough my heartburn has been kicking in of late. It's more in my throat if that makes sense? And boy does it burn!! I have it now actually.

My back is getting better though so whatever it was must have been temporary.

Heartburn is a killer alright, but the Rennie's are doing the trick so far.
Feeling so big though, back, hips, and groin are all sore. Uncomfortable to stand up too long, sit down too long or lie down too long. All completely forgotten about when I feel the kicks though :heartbeat: love them so much. Had a bath the weekend and could see the water rippling from the force of the kicks. And last night we could see the bump vibrating! :o0 Totally freaks DH out!
Having friends stay this weekend, haven't seen them since Feb so looking forward to seeing their reaction to the difference then and now.

I'm only getting heartburn when I eat spicy food, so I've been avoiding it! It happens in my throat too MrsBB.

Wow, what an amazing picture! Our baby is just like DH too, isn't it mad! Especially the nose.

I never had heartburn before, I didn't expect it to be in my throat. It's really horrible.

They say all newborns look like more their fathers so that the father can bond with baby since there is no chemical connection between father and child as there is with the mother.

I'm conviced we are having a boy. DH thinks girl though! We shall see. Only 16 weeks left until we know. Less for you even!!

Oh MrsFago that picture is fabulous!!! :o)ll :o)ll oh its so exciting now isn't it. You know when we get down to the single figures in weeks, the time is going to just fly by!!! I'm counting down weeks as it is... Myself and DH and our DD are off next week for a few days away, just going down to Waterford, but I'm really looking forward to it. And then we're going to Killarney for 2 days, we're meeting our wedding photographer to finally pick out our wedding album, he has our pics edited etc and ready to go so I'm really looking forward to that too. Hope the weather picks up for next week!!!

MrsBB I never usually have heartburn either, and when I was pregnant with DD I only had a small bit in the last few weeks, nothing as bad as what I've had recently at all....its terrible! DH is convinced we're having a boy too. Can't wait till August to find out :o0

hi all

hope everyone's keeping well! are any of you starting to feel like you need to slow down a bit? The last couple of days I've been wrecked again and this evening I just feel really big and cumbersome. I did just eat a big dinner though to maybe that's it! At 24 weeks though I feel like it's a bit early to be feeling like this, hopefully I'm just having an off day!
